We new this was gonna be a long wait for it just being opened. When you pull in, there is a man giving you a menu while you wait. This was super helpful because it gave a while to decided what we wanted to order. We waited about 20 minutes in line and we had a large order. They got everything correct in our order and everything was hot and fresh! I am very pleased with my meal and can't wait to go again! read more

What can I say? I am and always have been a fan of the Arby's. Regular roast beef sandwich with Arby sauce on it. It's delicious and fills me up for long road trips. The experience has been consistently good here except on the last trip they forgot to put my curly fries in the bag and I had to turn around and go back and ask for it. read more

This is going to be one of my shorter reviews (Who said, "YEA?")--and no photos as it was a spur of the moment decision. There's no indoor dining but three tables and seats on the front patio. So it's essentially take-out; order through drive-in or at a walk-up window. We chose the latter because it was a shorter wait. On a road trip, Peg and I had Arby's gyros and curly fries and were impressed with both, so that's what we wanted. The young lady at the window was personable, greeted us with a smile and took our order. In a short time, the order was ready and we headed for home. When we unpacked the meal, we were astounded to find everything cold (home was eight minutes away). Not even tepid--cold. To add insult to injury, the meat was the regular shaved beef used in their sandwiches, not gyro meat. Take a look at Katlyn P.'s photo--that's what it should have been. I called, told what we received and that everything was cold. The response was, "No refunds," and they hung up. Guess who's not going back to Arby's in Kerrville. One star for smiling young lady at the order window; zero stars for the cold mess they passed off as food. read more

We have been here before, and while the wait has been long at times, the food was well worth the wait. I ordered through the mobile app. Each time I have ordered this way in the past, I have been told to go through the drive thru. I pull up to the drive thru, and was rudely told, I need to go the the front or side window. Anyone who has been to this location before, knows there parking lot is narrow, and not very big. I finally get turned around, and go to park. There are 2 empty cars parked in the Uber/Door dash spots(so obviously employees), and the one open spot is handicapped. I ended up parking on the other side of the parking lot near the drive thru entrance. I walk up to the window. The employee hands me a bag, and states have a good day. I look in the bag, and my 2 gyros, and roast beef sandwiches are missing. I tell her I had ordered sandwiches, she turns around and states something like, well they didn't show up. She never asked me exactly what I ordered, so it must have been there. She then hands me the bag, and again states, have a good day. I tell her I had also ordered 2 shakes. She then states the ice cream machine has been broken for months. I asked how do I get a refund since I have already paid. She stated I would need to contact someone through the app. She then offered me a strawberry lemonade, and stated that it Is about the same price as a shake. I stated that would be fine, and asked for a Diet Coke as well. She gave me the drinks, and finally apologized. After she handed me the drinks I still had to ask for straws. For the most part the food was decent, except for the chicken strips I ordered. It was supposed to be a 5 piece. It was only a 4 piece, and they were the size of nuggets. To say I am hugely disappointed in this experience would be an understatement. I honestly don't think I will return to this location. read more

We've been here several times since they opened and have had a pretty good experience each time. No place is perfect but I feel they do a good job here, plus it's Arby's so yum! Tonight the gentleman at the window, his name was Dakota noticed my USAA debit card and told me they do military discount! Saved me $3 lol. It was so nice of him! He was very polite and pleasant. New management and you can see the difference. All fast food places have been short staffed including this one but the employees here work hard no matter how tired they are. The staff will always welcome you via drive through speaker and wish you a good day when leaving. They remember their regulars-like me. You can see they try really hard to provide the best service. Besides that, the food is delicious. My favorite is the Brisket #4 meal with crinkle fries and fresh strawberry lemonade. I also like the wraps and mozzarella sticks. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always ask if I want any sauces and provide napkins. Being short staffed is not easy especially during a rush but somehow this staff handles it so well. read more

I've been using Arby's from California (San Diego) to Michigan down to Florida and now was totally thrilled that one opened in Kerrville, Texas our retired homebase. That is the end of the good news. 1st trip a long wait for two total disasters of the Beef & Cheddar. All the cold meat on one side of a soggy zapped bun. YUKKKK I said well maybe it's a fluke and returned for my all time favorite the Corned Beef special. Another total uneatable disaster. Cold/soggy and expensive. In addition there is no inside dining and the only bright spot was the window server. read more

Barely a functioning fast food joint, Just like the rest of the fast food places in town, (even tho it's brand new) understaffed and underpaid. This review is after two visits, one by me and the other by my husband. I love Arby's and was excited to try this new store. I went through the drive thru and ordered a classic beef and cheddar meal. I was offered extra sauce which I took. Little did I know I'd get charged $2 for the sauce. The sandwich was smashed flat and the fries were cold. Very disappointing. My husband went there a couple of days ago and also received cold food. He also got sick, awakened a few hours later, vomiting. We'll avoid this place for now. Couldn't believe it, Arby's we got the meats...didn't have any cooked roast beef. Rueban sandwich had all the meat piled in the middle, no senior discount. Worst Arby's we been to. Not coming back here that's for sure read more
