Food was decent once they finally got the order right. But the attitude was despicable. Some people simply should not work in the service industry. Period. instead of just making the order right, for which we paid, the crew took it upon themselves to be argumentative and snide. We had been to this location before and the crew wasn't nearly as rude, although you could feel their angst regarding "tourists". And their discontent with having to "serve" anyone. So we gave them a second chance. BIG TIME FAIL! Then as we left, we heard a parting verbal shot. Some kid behind the counter decided he needed to tell us that he "worked for a living." WTH? The Mac and cheese was cold. I returned it and requested a refund the cashier a young man refused. I then ordered something else and asked him to take the Mac and cheese cost off since it was cold and he threw it away . I received no refund. I'm completely disappointed. read more

I do not normally review fast food because well...I think we all know what to expect when we do cheat ourselves with a quick and easy solution to hunger. This review is mainly in hopes that whoever owns said Arby's ...gets a bit of a clue to what is happening in their restaurant. I have been to this Arby's 3 times now and each time... the order has been messed up. I am writing tonight because this time, the order was beyond messed up. OK....I went to get a Arby's Max for B and some jalapeno poppers. The girl repeated the order and I drove up to the window. Guy at window was super nice and repeated the order to me and even told me the poppers were being made and it would be just a minute. The receipt says the right thing...Arby's Max.. I get home...baby is crying so I hand off food to B and take care of little one. Get her to bed (she has a cold and it is awful) and come down to eat and B tells me that what he received was a turkey sandwich sloppy covered in mayo (which he does not eat). He tossed the sandwich because it was too much of a pain to fix due to the large amount of mayo on it. Really?? TURKEY!??!?! There is a LARGE difference between TURKEY and BEEF. Colour for starters. But yes...this was not the first time. The first time I gave into my fast food craving ...finding out how low Arby's is in Weight Watchers points in comparison to other chains out there, I ordered the Arby's Melt. Got home...all excited. Made my own healthy baked fries to go with it and BAM...it was not an Arby's melt. I was sad. I wanted what I wanted and did not get it. Happened again ....same thing... So 3 times I have visited...and 3 times I have had messed up orders. The staff is friendly and they are quick but friendly and quick can not make up for the order being wrong. Always get excellent customer service here! Most fast food places have employees that look like they don't want to be there. However this particular store always appear to be happy and get everything you need, and listen to your order. Not only that, but the restaurant is always incredibly clean! I wouldn't rate a fast food establishment unless it were consistently terrible or consistently great. In this case, it is the latter. The employees all go the extra mile to remember your name / order if you are a regular. Also, if they aren't too busy, the employees will bring your food out to you and clear your tray once you are done eating. Everyone is always friendly, and really, the fact that I am taking the time out to review this place should indicate that the quality of this establishment stands out. read more

I love Arby's roast beef sandwiches. I love the fact that I can pay just a little bit extra to add veggies (lettuce and tomato in my case) and get it how I want it. I love the fact they even let me do that with the free sandwiches for the receipt-survey coupons - I pay only for the extra produce. I love the curly fries. And oh, yes, I love this Arby's location. They are fast, friendly, accurate, and nice. The service is excellent, the people are cheerful. And if you stop in regularly, they will remember you and your orders, someone not at the drive-through window or counter may pop into view long enough to say hi, and they will actually comment if they miss you if you don't come in as often. (Sorry, guys. But for a couple months in the first trimester, the thought of roast beef sandwiches was SO NOT OKAY.) read more

I haven't been to an Arby's in years. This place was alright, you are greeted by the employees immediately. They were very patient with all our questions and how long it took for us to place our order. They prefer to call your order number and have you pick it up, which is what we did, but I noticed for several other people they would deliver your tray to your table, if you didn't hear your number, or if they knew who you were. The food was good, but it is a bit spendy. I would have liked to see more dessert options, but from what I remember they had the same pastry as they do now, when I was last at an Arbys like 10 years ago. read more

Whoever is working the driveup intercom taking orders on Monday November 1st 2021 at 7:19 was horribly rude to us when we were ordering. I understand you may get frustrated when people take awhile to pick what they want to eat but that doesn't give you the right to be rude. Please work on your customer service skills. This restaurant has fantastic customer service.... except the Broncoberry sauce. I have enough to float a battleship. The food is great and never stale. The manager (Amanda) deserves a raise because she knows customers by name and works her tail off because the company is frugal with hiring. I drive by 8 other fast food restaurants to go there. YELP PR DISASTER!! Okay, so I don't really eat at Arby's regularly (bad experience as a child makes me biased/hesitant), but I came here SPECIFICALLY for the off-menu special "Daily Deli" sandwich as promoted by Arby's in celebration of Jon Stewart's retirement from The Daily Show. Working out of town, four of us were food-stranded during the snow storm on 11Jan2017. This was the only place open for lunch - and it was full. The cashier, Steve, had an amazingly fresh, perky, and helpful attitude on a day when 90% of all service workers were heading home due to snow. In spite of the rush the food was very good and very quick. Anybody can be happy and helpful on a sunny day. But Steve came thru during the worst conditions imaginable for a fast food restaurant. Woohoo! As good as (an Arby's) gets! Seriously, I have never once eaten at an Arby's where the food differentiated from another location. But food aside... this Arby's is the nicest I have ever seen in my existence, and I just do not think it can be topped. Yes yes, Arby's is fast food. It's a little different than some of the other places out there, but it's not good for you by any means. It's not going to win any culinary awards. But it does hit the spot and sometimes you can feel slightly less disgusting eating there than you might a different fast food place. I am no a fan at all of eating inside fast food joints-- too often they are overly air-conditioned, dirty, loud, and uncomfortable. Call me a snob. So it is with great pleasure that I can give this location 5 stars for the atmosphere, cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. The assistant manager, Steve is especially memorable. He came from managing another location that closed down and we remembered how extremely friendly he was there. On our most recent visit, he made a point to address my husband by name when bringing our food to our table and later when checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction. At least one out of four of my orders from this location are wrong. Ranging from not providing things I ordered (and paid for) to simply forgetting key ingredients. Like the cheddar in a roast beef and cheddar sandwich. This location is by far one of the worst in the area. Going there is like getting on an elevator that slams shut on your balls one in three times. Every visit is a miserable experience; because fear. Seriously stop hiring. Just stop. The food tasted pretty good. Service was excellent. The gal even brought the order to our table. This arbys is really nice. Inside it has carpet, wood accents, wood tables and soft forest green cushion seats. Slate floors around the counter, drink and condiment bar and bar seating area which also happens to be stuck out a little with windows all over including a skylight. I can't imagine a world where a $15 an hour minimum wage isn't just a total insult to the people who actually have a sense of professionalism in their work. This Arby's makes so many mistakes it's just ridiculous. This wasn't the first multi mistake incident at this location. My wife stopped by to pick up dinner, she was asked not once, but TWICE if she'd like any sauce and both times she said Horsey Sauce. We got NONE. You can't have an Arby's sandwich without it!! Ok then instead of just looking in the kid's meal bags to see if drinks had been put in the girl handed my wife 2 more drinks. We found the other 2 in the bags. Cool, we got extra drinks. My wife ordered a medium drink, she got a large. Hey that's not a complaint, just bad for business. My Jamocha shake not only wasn't mixed but once I stirred it up, there's no flavor. So obviously they barely put any flavor in it before slapping the lid on. Oh wait, maybe if they made $15 an hour they'd start caring about doing their jobs. THAT WAS SARCASM PEOPLE! read more
