Well I keep trying and it doesn't get any better. I had to send back three things today that they got wrong. The roast beef sandwich had two pieces of meat and it looked green. No lie the buffalo chicken sandwich wasn't even in the bag and then when they put it in the bag it was wrong. They didn't give me my sauces. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. So maybe they were new in Learning however the green meat and the two pieces of meat was just wrong and I pointed it out to them and they just shrugged. read more

This place always has something wrong. They either can't take debit cards or their systems are always down. They are out of product, pick a reason. I totally get it fast food is hard since the pandemic but geez Louise you would think that things would even out by now. I have went to this location at least six or seven times to be told our systems are down or they can't accept debit or credit cards. First time visiting Arby's and let me just say I was one of those complicated customers in drive thru and they didn't make me feel like I was annoying them at all lol. Our 4 sandwiches were good. Their mozzarella sticks are bomb. Their onion rings are now my favorite from a fast food place, sad that it came in large box with only 5 onion rings but I guess that's how they sale them,,,Because better believe I asked at the window why the box was half full haha. Very disappointing! I remember a time when you went to Arby's and the bin was fresh and the Roast Beef was moist and juicy. Didn't matter if you were in Grand Junction, Co. or Lebanon, Ohio. I was at this location a couple of weeks ago and the Beef was dry and tasteless, I was hoping it was just a bad day. However, I gave them another chance today and I got they same results. Literally just waited a half-hour for food, despite only 5-6 cars in front of us. Woman working the window had her pants partially falling down and you could see part of her rear end. Disappointing to say the least. First visit was not great. My father. Wanted to visit so we went for our first time Long wait time, cold fries and a manager who just doesn't care. He won't even acknowledge your there or smile So I figured I would try a second time. Same thing very long wait even though they had only one other customer there and the manager once again had such a poor attitude towards his new employee who was then taking my order. Always been a big fan of Arby's with all the competition I don't eat there often but do enjoy my meal every time. Hit the drive thru and the wife needed a little extra time to view the menu, the girl working the window was patient and pleasant. Good food. Terrible service. I was a drive through order . The woman taking my order was short with me over the intercom which was frustrating because my basic questions weren't getting answered. Then when I got to the window she purposely didn't extend the card reader far enough out of the window for me to swipe my card. When I asked her to please extend the card reader, she turned it so I could swipe my card but didn't extend it any further lol! Whomever schedules staff for this store does a TERRIBLE job. Friday evening I waited over FORTY minutes for three classic roast beef sandwiches and an order of fries. Judith tried to give me the wrong order twice, insisting it was mine. Classic roast beef sandwiches are NOT square in shape, FYI.And the person working the drive thru, named Sierra, took an attitude with me when I said as much. She got very snotty with the one person handling the lobby, telling her she "needs to stop taking orders until she gets caught up." Umm. How about YOU pause the drive thru for a minute and HELP her??? Jen, who was handling the lobby WITHOUT ANY HELP FROM ANYONE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES SHE ASKED FOR IT, was doing the best she could, considering she was called in from another location. My family and I love Arby's, but we moved and now the one on eastern is the closest ... everytime we drive through we have to wait out front for our order.. not that big of a deal but this time.. not only did they not hear our whole order, they didn't repeat our order back to us. After they gave us our drinks they asked what we were still waiting on . . We told them "our food?" Mind you, none of them at the window had their noses coverd, and they asked us to park and wait for our food. We got it quickly and left but halfway home we realized they missed part of the order, it wasn't charged. So we drove all the way back but the line was really long. We asked one of the workers out side if they could do the transaction for us inside so we don't have to wait in the line again and they said no... but it was their mistake in the first place for not adding it to the order.. so we said forget it and went home.. but the best part!! I am genuinely confused as to why this Arby's sucks so much and why Arby's corporate offices aren't stepping in at this point. The other night, I swung through the drive thru for a Diet Coke because it was the only empty drive thru in the parking lot. The young woman working was super rude. Tonight I had a craving for a roast beef sandwich and headed over. When I pulled up to the menu board, I was asked to wait. Totally cool. But as I say waiting, I noticed that the lobby was empty and there was only two cars ahead of me and I had been waiting to simply order for a good little while. I finally decided to skip ordering all together to go elsewhere, but I was stuck in the drive thru waiting for the other two cars to get their food. It took me a solid 10-15 minutes of wasting gas only to not order anything. I'm so over this location. They legit make like three things... why is it so difficult and why do their attitudes always suck? :-/ Just a fun update! Tonight I needed to eat but nothing was sounding super great, though a roast beef sandwich sounded nice enough, and I was talking to a friend about the past two trips to this location. We took a bet on whether or not tonight would suck as bad as all the other nights I've gone. We decided to time the whole experience. There were two cars ahead of me. I pulled in at 8:21. A gentleman said to order when ready, and as I began to speak, a girl cut me off and asked me to hold on a moment. (Same as the last few times.) At 8:28, no one had ever told me to go ahead and order again, and I was looking to see if anyone was inside. Again, totally empty. I decided to leave at this point and expected to get stuck behind the cars in front of me. No one was there as I pulled out to leave. I tried to see if I could see any employees through the window. No one. The place was empty. I know a man and woman were working as two people responded at the menu board, but I have no idea where they went or what they were doing for 8 minutes while I sat at the menu board. Out of pure curiosity, I tried calling the restaurant. No answer. I got a voicemail that sounded like someone's home answering machine. At this point, I feel like I'm trolling the place because I'm not even mad, I'm just dumbfounded. Like, is there not an owner who is aware that his/her store has a 1.5 star review on Yelp? Are they even making enough money to afford rent in this area? Like... so many questions! Will I ever get a roast beef sandwich? Next time, I'll be sure to fill up my tank and videotape the whole process as an experiment! read more

The French dip was hot and delicious. It came with plenty of au jus to dip your sandwich in. The cherry turnover was so fresh and yummy. We definitely will be back to this Arby soon. read more

Terrible service! Would not recommend anyone visiting this establishment for obvious reasons. First of all, you should have a person that is keen to an order being placed and not having your customer constantly repeat themselves on top of the fact that when asked to repeat the order back not be able to duplicate the order properly. Drove 1/2 hour from mountain's edge to get Arbys, were waited on by a guy who was definitely high... Found that they didn't have the sandwich I wanted (even though it appears in the advertisement) and then they only took cash, girls don't carry cash. What a joke. Highest fast food out there and won't offer the $5 meal. How they are still in business is a mystery.

The customer service is horrible. I ordered a medium fry and it was fresh and good but I also ordered a Jamocha shake and it was so thick it didn't even look blended it looked like ice cream and it didn't taste like a Jamocha at all the last time I had one it tasted like a frozen coffee shake and was so good at another location. This one at this location just tasted like vanilla ice cream mixed with a small amount of chocolate. I told the Hispanic guy at the window and told him it was too thick and he said the machine made it not me so I don't know what you want me to do so I just left upset.
