very bad quality. meat was slimey and bread did not sit well with me. not appealing at all. do not get!

I ordered a bacon burger from Arby's in Garden City after eating half the burger I see it's raw in the middle and within 5 minutes I was in the restroom with diarrhea. I sent them a message on their website. I was told to go to a different website with my complaint. After that I was offered a refund but I never received a refund or another reply. Don't buy burgers from Arby's they will poison you and don't care about it because they have your money already. I will go to Culver's for my burgers. read more

I asked for a plain slider for my lactose intolerant great grandson but they put cheese on the sliders so I had to make him a salad

Haven't had Arby's in over 10 years, I was at aldi next door and needed something quick. The drive thru didn't look too bad so I went ahead and pulled up. I ordered the classic a #10 Beef n cheddar sandwich. The drive thru lady was pleasant in the mist of all this chaos it's nice to see someone smiling. Sandwich was filled with meat, perfect amount of cheese and the bread was soft and warm. I will come back in the future but no time to soon just wanted to remember what it was like! read more

You can receive a healthy sandwich from Arby's. They have a variety of different types and sizes, I just tried their new Pizza slider and it was awesome, it was the right size and nice and hot! The curly fires are always the best and I love their pepsi products! The staff is friendly and courteous. read more

Was at this arby's at 4:26pm today, ordered some sandwiches and a frie to eat on the way home. Before leaving the lot took a bite of COLD french frie. Tried another all COLD. To go the receipt and called, told HER I was still in on lot in handicap parking. She said she would have a another French fries bought out. I ordered a turkey gyro with no tomatoes and received a lamb gyro with tomatoes. My receipt clearly says turkey. I tried calling back to the restaurant so I can get my correct order tomorrow (there was at least 10 cars in line) and no one answered. My says my order was taken at 8:17:42. I was ok with the long wait because I didn't have anywhere to go, BUT I don't enjoy poor service. The woman at the window asked me if u wanted sauce so I told her I wanted both Arby's and horsey sauce. She gave me one of each (I purchased 2 meals) so I asked for extra. She looked at me like I was the most ridiculous person in the world and handed me one more of each with an attitude. Sorry lady, but people like sauce. This is a great Arby's to eat at if one of your favorite things about spending a ridiculous amount of cash on a simple meal is getting much less than what you paid for. Make note of how little soda they'll fill your cup with in the drive thru. I promise you it's not relative to the amount of money you pay. In fact, you may want to consider giving them less money because they've already decided to give you less food. read more

Sitting in the Arby's drive through and were in the car making an order. We repeat our order 3 times and they don't hear us, so we instantly hear "Oh my God man" over the intercom with the cashier staring at us with disgust. Felt as though they muted us attempting to mute themselves. Fear of "foreign substance" in our food, we shall go to A&W up the street. At least they'll smile in our face and mute their mic.
