Immediately upon entering this establishment, it was clear that it was going to be a great dining experience. We were immediately greeted by Cortney who took our order with a smile and a friendly attitude. She took our order with care, including documenting and filling my wife's order while taking care to meet her food allergy needs. My wife is gluten intolerant, so she couldn't have the bun. Her roast beef wasn't just slopped into a container. It was set on a garnishment of kale and packaged neatly. The lobby was clean as it could be. The sauce bar was appropriately stocked, clean and in functioning order. The beverage bar was in the same clean functioning condition. The floor in the lobby was clean, and while we were there, Cortney spot checked the floor with a hand sweeper. She also emptied all the trash cans. Her diligence upon our entry was evident, and I struck up a conversation with her. She is a manager, and her passion for her store and her customers was clearly reflected in our dining experience. The dining room has large windows. A setting sun was shining through the windows and even they were clean and clear. Bathrooms were clean. Parking is plenty and access is easy. There was nothing about this dining experience that was negative. Clearly, this manager and her crew have a heart for customer service. They should be commended for a job well done. read more

Stopped here for a classic roast beef and cheddar meal. I was really looking forward to their jamocha shake, but their machine was down. We came by around 5pm on a Friday, so I am unsure why it would be down. Hopefully when we come back it will ready to make some shakes. The service was lovely and we were able to get their red ranch sauce on the side. The crinkle fries were not my favorite and next time I'll stick with their curly fries as a side. Great experience. Today at 1104 I was at Arby's and placed a food order that came to 41 dollars and 72 cents. I also asked for a pup cup. Which the girls replied we don't do that here.when I paid for my order I asked why they didn't and she rudely replied I am the general manager and I choose not to. When she handed me my food I said that this Arby's is the same distance from my house as the one that does do pup cups and her reply was I should feel free to take my business there. The drive thru service blew my mind. I pulled up and was told "Order when you are ready" with such a bland and rude tone. Not even a hello... made my order and then pulled up to the window and didn't even get a chance to give the man my $0.75 along with the rest of my cash because he just took the cash. Personally my experience was OK but as I was in the drive thru as older gentleman who was handicapped had to move his car and get out because as get was receiving his debit card it was dropped.there was a little argument in whose falt it was and I didn't notice at first or I would of got out myself to help him but he was a little annoyed rightfully so and as I went to receive my food, I hear the employees gossiping and talking trash on this gentleman. 20 Mar 19* My wife had the smokehouse brisket with cheese and bacon. Not much flavor and the sauce was not balanced. The fries were lukewarm. I had the gyro which did not have much flavor. The two sauces I tried were not in balance. The first was the mayo horseradish which was mostly mayonnaise. The second, was the three pepper which also was not balanced. It was mostly vinegar. My fries were also lukewarm. On the plus side, the onion rings were good and crunchy. The store was clean and the servers were polite and prompt. We will not be going back. read more

You say on TV, "We have the meats!" Unfortunately, ever time I've dined with you, there is a considerable lack of meat on my sandwiches! Seriously, my sandwiches have been predominantly bread, which is absurd given your meaty sales pitch. All you got going for yourselves is your seasoned curly fries. We were in the area on a recent Saturday afternoon, looking for a late lunch around 2pm. Noticed the Arby's had a promotion on gyros (2 for $6), so we stopped in to get lunch. Ordered 4 gyros and 2 small sodas, and we were told that it would be $27, which seemed really high. Questioned the order taker, and she called over another employee. Finally, they asked if we wanted to order the 2-for$6 gyros instead of the regular gyros, which I thought would be the same thing, just a lower price. They finally got the order corrected for the gyros, and then we waited 10-15 minutes to get our food. Also had to argue with a manager that they owed us a 2nd cup for the 2nd small soda. Finally, we were able to sit down to enjoy lunch, but found that the gyros were mostly pita bread, with very little in the way of meat, tomatoes, sauce or lettuce. And the meat was really greasy - which is not typical for Arby's sandwiches. So, overall, a really bad experience. This location does not give customers the promo prices unless the customer argues, and the food was really subpar. And they are not very quick about getting food made. And the promo pricing issue was even more apparent as we got back into our vehicle and noticed their promotional pricing every day from 2pm-5pm, offering select items (small soda included) for $1. I pulled up the receipt and we had ordered at 2:10pm, and were charged $1.89 per small soda. Why this location does not want to honor their promotional prices makes no sense. read more

I probably would have given a better rating if I hadn't had to wait 15 minutes to place my order. The food is the same as other arby's but the service at lunchtime is lacking. They have one, that's right one person taking orders and putting the meals together. Poor planning from the manager. read more

I actually like this Arby's. I've always had a decent sandwich there. I stick to the traditional roast beef. Last time my wife and I ate there, the service was great, two young ladies very fast and attentive to details. Not bad for a fast food place. read more

As good as any Arby's I've been to. Good onion rings. Good curly fries. Good classic beef and cheddar. Never had the Rueben before but thought I'd give it a try. The worst Arbys I have ever been to. I have never received a sandwich with a bun that wasn't stale with meat unevenly piled on one side. I know a fast food sandwich never looks like an advertised picture, but the sandwich you receive is so far off and tastes so far off it just makes you regret wasting your money and putting this food in your system. I grew up 30 years ago with an Arbys around the corner and this place is nothing like the good memories I have of an Arbys that is no longer there. And if anyone knows Arbys it's me! read more
