The quesadilla suprema is probably one the best veggie quesadilla I've ever had, stuffed with sautéed onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and lightly topped with a creamy cheese sauce. I don't think my grandson came up for air until after the last bite, he may have even gotten a "brain freeze" from the cold sugary goodness.
