I don't normally write reviews on fast food establishments but there always seems to be an issue at this location. Most recently, I placed a fairly decent sized order for my family through the app with an in-store pickup to ensure everything checked out ok. Sure enough, I was missing items. I advised the employee behind the counter about said items and even though the bag was opened in store without ever leaving, the employee asked me to reopen all 3 bags so that they could quality check. Normally not a big deal but all the food was handled without them wearing gloves. Then I asked for additional sauces as there didn't seem to be much in the bag and was told that I would be charged as they only allow 1 Arby's and horseradish sauce per sandwich. I said no thanks and left. When I got home, not only was everything now ice cold from having to wait and the bags being opened multiple times but there was half the amount of condiments that there should have been. Finally they need to be do a little better about quality control. I ordered a 2 piece chicken tender meal for my child, 1 tender was very tiny and the other...well just check out the picture. Matter of fact the shopping center it resides in looks so different than when my husband had his apartment in Centereach. Two roast beef sliders were had on my way to make a visit to Stonybrook Hospital to visit my friend. She requested a large soda to be smuggled in and I was happy to be an accomplice. I have just had the worst experience of being Nickeled and Dimed to death at this Arby's today . I ordered two roast beef sandwiches and I was told that I could have no more than two little packets of horsey sauce unless I wanted to pay for them I ended up paying a $1.09 for an empty cup that I could put some horsey sauce in and on top of that, she never even threw in the two packets I was entitled to . Place was totally empty today but I still used the drive thru. After doing some yard work at the family house I was starving and needed a quick bite. The crispy fried fish sandwich was pretty decent along with some seasoned curly fries. Not bad for fast food. My order came out quick and the server was nice. I ordered 4 double sandwiches, 2 single sandwiches and 2 large fries and the "manager" tells me I can't have 8 packets of sauce, my order was $48 and change, her name was Christina and I would definitely make her take management training again especially focusing on customer service, I was so disappointed with the way I was treated I asked for a refund so she obviously thought 2 4cent packets of sauce were more important than a $48 order and losing a regular customer, going to a different Arby's next time for sure !!! read more

Ooooohhhhhhh-- YES YES YES YES.... Finally I found the meat. Lol.. I have been anticipating the opening for about 2 years. As soon as I heard it opened I was there only to find everyone else there too. Today was the day... I did it... it was 6:30pm and the drive up line was open and moving.... I ordered a few of my favorite, The original roast beef sandwich. Also decided to also try a smoked brisket. Mmmmm yummy......., just as good as you remember it. The roast is sooo juicy and the bun is like little clouds of heaven. It was delicious. The smoked brisket was great as well. Meat was tender and juicy and had a big BBQ flavor. Who is the manager of this mis-managed place?! Hours of operation as per Yelp, Google and the automated phone number when you call states drive-thru open till midnight on Friday and Saturday. Today is Saturday November 5th and myself and 4 other cars just went through the drive-thru to be told the place was closed by an automated message on the speaker. Hadn't been to an Arby's in years. Last visit to one in Nassau County was a disaster. Driving along, I decided to check out the action. That place was jumping with a long line to the drive-thru. I opted to go inside and that was busy, too---but moving along. I ordered the two-fer beef and cheddar and some French fries. I had better memories of the "horsy sauce" to put on the sandwiches. They were tasty despite that. I found the fries to be delicious. Why the three stars? I find fast food places to be too robotic. I realize that "fast" means "move 'em along." This is the worst experience I've had at any restaurant in recent years. The food was disgusting and the young woman at the counter was ridiculously rude and condescending. The condiment dispensers were either empty or sealed up with coagulated grossness. They double charged me and wouldn't give my money back until the fake charge is done pending. The floors are so disgusting that my sandal fell off because it stuck to the nasty sugar and grime coated floor. This location has gotten horrible!!! Every item in my order was wrong. Got a burger instead of the roast beef ordered. Got a roast beef gyro instead of a Greek gyro. There is no iced tea. There is no ketchup in the dispenser. They want to give only 2 packets of ketchup because we ordered 2 meals. They didn't fill the fries up. The lemonade was sour. Food is okay but the drive thru is so slow you may get stuck there for 30-45 minutes even when there's no one else in line

I was absolutely THRILLED to hear that an Arby's was opening on Long Island closer to me. The bad news is that it appears I'm not the only one. I stopped in at this location around 2pm on a Sunday, and the drive thru line was ridiculously long. Then I went in the store, and surprisingly, was able to walk right through a sea of people and up to the register to place my order. I was solo, so all I ordered was a roast beef sandwich and a Jamocha shake.....to the tune of almost $10 bucks, but I got the mid-size sandwich, but the shake was small. So $10 bucks really. This is where the fun started, because there must have been 20-25 people in the restaurant standing around waiting for their orders. The staff in the back, even the managers, seemed to be running around trying to get the orders filled. A lot of time was spent by staff trying to discern what the video monitors where saying about who ordered what. I think the fly in the ointment was that a particular party ordered a very large amount of food, which kind of pushed things back for us folks who only ordered a single meal. A few customers were getting agitated and impatient, and kept going up to ask the cashiers about their food, but they kept saying the computer was keeping track of the orders and the food comes up based on the queue. Finally, it dawned on one of the managers to overlook some of the large orders that other staff members were working on, and get some of the smaller orders out to the people that were waiting. I spent almost 30 minutes waiting for a single roast beef sandwich and a Jamocha shake. I get that this place just opened, so they are working out their issues and I do believe the large order probably put a damper on their flow. This also allowed the area where you get sauces, straws, and drinks to get very filthy. It was a bit gross over there and needed some attention, but I think at that time, it was all hands on deck to get the orders filled. The food itself was what you expect from an Arby's. The roast beef sandwich is a classic and it tasted like what I expected. The Jamocha shake as well was classic Arby's. Do yourself a favor and perhaps wait a week or two for things to die down in terms of the rush for food here. Or, go at a complete off time, because it was a madhouse. I'll wait a few more weeks before I go back, and hopefully they've worked out their kinks, but I'm still glad there's an Arby's around. Thankfully it's just far enough away where it can't be an everyday occurrence, but it's there when I get a taste for it. read more

Been to Centereach Arby's three times since they opened. It's good, nothing spectacular. If you like roast beef you'll like it. Some other customers seemed irritated at the pace of the employees on the first day which I think is very unfair since it's the first day. You have to expect a learning curve. Give the staff time to settle down if you are an impatient assh*le. It's also a great football lunch or dinner. read more

I usually do not leave reviews for fast food but i just came to this Arbys for some lunch. I ordered a beef and cheese combo with a side if mozzarella sticks. The fries and mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh! The beef and cheese sandwich was just luke warm. I feel like this sandwich used to taste better. Alexandra was the woman at the drive through window who helped me and she seemed to have such a good vibe! Fast food restaurants really lack people like her. She was so sweet and nice and it honestly seemed sincere. Its employees like Alexandra that will make business thrive. She deserves a raise, she gets my vote! read more
