I was working the area and stopped by here on a whim…read more I should have read the reviews BEFORE I ate the buffet. If you like thin crust cheese pizza? This is the place for you. MOST slices have one pepperoni on them. Some had none. And this totally self service. The most amount of toppings I had in the entire meal was my salad. I made it myself, that's the only reason why. They were friendly. But the pizza quality was POOR at best. This is definitely a one and DONE.

I was traveling with a few clients to a business meeting in Boaz and they selected here. Honestly, my expectations were not too high. I will also say that ultimately, my expectations were met and were exactly as I thought that the food here would be. We all went with the buffet, which consisted of a small salad area, a couple if kinds of pasta with one sauce, garlic bread and a few types of pizza. The pizzas were plain, vegetable, sausage, and pepperoni. The dough was those terrible pre-made one that are akin to frozen pizza that you run through an oven conveyor. This is the kind of pizza that makes places like Domino's or Little Caesar's seem better than they are. The tomato sauce for the pasta though was not bad. Honestly, kind of surprising. I am sure it came from a jar or a can, but I thought it wasn't bad. The service here was friendly enough, but you just order at the counter, so I would not say it offers any kind of servers. Would I return? Probably not. It is what it is.

Small Hoagie. I swirled my fork on half looking for meat. There wasn't any, just sauce. Chips were stale.

The idea was to try out their take and bake Lasagna of which a large aluminum container cost $48 with no cheese topping. Let the suspenseful anticipation begin on the ride home. Pop it in the oven, cooked longer than expected from frozen, no big deal. Had to add my own cheese topping. Everyone was fished out their portion and we began to eat, when all of a sudden... our mouths were on fire burning from not heat, but spice, and I mean pepper spice, almost like they used salsa for sauce or something of that nature. None of us could continue to eat it. The following day I called and expressed my concern and dismay and they talked to management but wouldn't put anyone else in the phone and said well that's how we make it. I said it's not supposed to be hot peppery spicy, it's Italian not Mexican food. I have never had lasagna in a spicy version ans I've had it made by a large variety of people and places. They didn't seem to care and that was the extent of the call. I will not give them business again, $48 is a lot to spend on food that is clearly mislabeled. Give them a try and see what you think, or don't. Either way, I know what I experienced and I was not pleased.
