I visit this Arby's twice a week for my lunch break or on way home. Never had a complaint but just 20 minutes ago I decided to try something different since I always get 2 or 3 Roast Beef and cheddar. I should have stuck with it but saw commercial and brisket looked so good. Well was I wrong I paid $8.70 for no kidding 3 slices of just fatty 2 colored brisket slices. I cook brisket myself when I have time and this was the worst and it's sad because now it makes me not want to go back after being served this . I honestly would have felt bad giving it to my dog. I wish I checked it before I left but figured I always enjoy the beef . But I am so pissed and you have lost a loyal customer. I didn't even want to give one star. read more

Stopped in because I was having a chicken tender craving for dinner. I ordered the 3 piece tender meal; the tenders and curly fries were delicious. Sandwiches not made right, no ketchup, Arby's sauce. Beverage area was not stocked and dirty. Rest rooms not cleaned.customers from drive thru coming into restaurant with wrong food orders. "We are too busy to take your order." Twenty minutes to get food which was OK. Order taker confused by coupon. Not a good experience.

My hubby has been asking for us to get Arby's for so long bc the last experience here for me like 2 years ago was so bad that my answer has always been "no way". Today, I said ok when he mentioned picking up takeout thru the drive thru. I know he was shocked, lol. So, he ordered 2 beef n cheddars for him and a medium roast beef for me, plus he bought an extra medium sandwich just in case my son or daughter wanted it for later as my daughter was eating Taco Bell and my son was eating Wendy's. My hubby rarely complains and just goes with the flow so he ate his sandwiches but I saw how mushy they were, plus wrappers covered in cheese. Unacceptable!! My sandwich, I went to open it and the 1st unwrap....OMG, there was bbq sauce all over the inside flaps. We didn't order anything with bbq sauce!!! Right there, I was schkeeved out!!! How dirty the hands were on the person that wrapped my sandwich was all I could think !! YUCK!!!! Gave it to my daughter who unwrapped the rest and didn't mind as long as the sandwich was plain. Cleanliness is obviously a problem if u can't wrap a sandwich with clean gloves or hands. 2 stars only bc my daughter did eat the sandwich. Never again for me Arby's!!! This place needs to be shut down. The curly fries were burnt and not one of the fries were curly. I ordered a large and it wasn't even half way full. The sandwich had so much sauce the bun was soggy and the box it came in was torn. Do yourself a favor and don't stop here. read more

It's Arby's, okay? I love me a ham and swiss and onion rings from time to time. Plus, I am in love with Horsey Sauce. That said, the food is okay. The onion rings are better than most fast food establishments. The 5 stars in this case go to the general manager. I have been to this particular Arby's a handful of times and the gm is always at the window. He is so friendly and so service-oriented that it blows my mind. It's hard to get so much as a thank and a smile at a fast food establishment outside of Chik-fil-a. But this guy always makes my day. Give that man a raise! read more

Hubby & I stopped in and got our usual roast beef sandwiches, large for him and medium for me, with curly fries and drinks. The food was very good, as it is at other locations, and in generous portions. The employees were cheerful and patient, despite the frustration of having to use a newly-installed ordering system with very little training. There was no ice in the soda tower, but an associate brought it to us from behind the counter, and was very nice about it. By the time we left, they'd put a bucket of ice on the counter for customers to use. There were also no stirring sticks for hubby's iced tea, so he used his straw. Aside from the minor inconveniences, I'm still rating this Army's at four stars for excellent food and cheerful, polite employees (especially under stress.) It's those two things, not ice and stirring sticks, that make us want to return to any business. read more

I've been to this Arbys many times, but today the service was the worst. I walked in. There were no other customers waiting to be served, not one person acknowledged me. When I approached the counter to order, I had to start the conversation. It was terrible, it was bothering me so much after I received my order I asked to speak to the manager. It was the other person behind the counter when I walked. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, all she said was ok. Really ? I need to find out who the owner of this franchise is. Arbys at this location has disappointed me so much. At any other locations I've tried the food has always been good. No complaints . I came here twice, the first time the food wasn't so bad but the drive thru line took super long and the second time I came the food wasn't fresh my chicken looked so dark as if it was burnt and been sitting there for hours and they forgot to give me ketchup which I had asked for upon ordering . Why would you give someone a sandwich with meat looking like that when they're paying 7-8$ for their meal . That's just horrible service . read more

Food was actually pretty good until I was drinking a milkshake and a piece of plastic was in my mouth(small yellow, looked like glass at first) told an employee and his reply was oh it's plastic. What absolute garbage, sickening. I had the roast beef and cheddar, or shall I say I ordered one however could not get past one bite. First of all no cheese, bun was soggy mess, and the meat if that's what you want to call it was gray, threw it in the garbage. I will never return I get sick even thinking about it. Came at 730 on a Thursday. It took 15 minutes for them to fill a small 2 person order (we were the only people in line). Also they are always stingy with their red ranch. Management tells them to fill the cups half way. If you're retired and have lots of time to wait in line, and enjoy sauceless sandwiches.. this is the place for you read more

Tried the chicken sandwich. It was like eating rubber. Very low quality chicken. No apologies offered from staff. NASTY!
