I was just at Arby's address attached. The service was horrible! The employee Rebecca M as per my receipt Was very ignorant and very unprofessional. My Order was a complete mess when I got home and noticed I called and spoke with management she was very rude and ignorant I asked to speak with a higher authority and she gave me a sales associate which said they were busy and things happen!! This location has good parking, but is back in the parking lot strip making it a pain to get too. Staff are a little grumpy and not the best. But food has always been good. Seating options aren't the best. And location is new but not the cleanest. Still eat here and wouldn't be scared to send anyone. read more

I don't often go to Arby's and there are two reasons. First the only close Arby's restaurant was all the way at the other end of town and second they tend to be a little pricy compared to some other options around. However this Arby's is new and much closer so I thought I'd give it a try The restaurant is nice and new and fairly easy to get to with plenty of parking. It was the lunchtime rush when I got there although not too crowded. The order line moved very fast and the food came out quickly I love that they have self serve refills on drinks and the ketchup and sauces are all self serve pumps where you fill those little paper cups. No having to ask for extra ketchup and no fooling with those little packets that always make a mess. I ordered a double cheddar beef sandwich which came with curly fries and a drink. The total price was just over $12. There are less expensive fast food places around but it's not outrageous by today's standards so it's definitely worth a try. read more

I got off work at 8:15 and stopped at Arby's with my dad to grab something quick to eat. We planned to go inside and sit down since the lobby was still supposed to be open. We got there around 8:20, which is about 40 minutes before the lobby even closes. As we were walking up, a woman was leaving and told us not to bother going in because they weren't letting anyone dine in. According to her, they decided to close the lobby early because it was slow. Confused, we went inside anyway just to ask. The employee at the counter immediately told us they were only taking takeout orders. We didn't want to argue, so we just ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich meal and took it to go. But while we were ordering, the manager in the kitchen was loudly complaining about customers coming inside when they were trying to close. Keep in mind, this was still 40 minutes before closing, and their drive thru closed, and mind you, the store itself doesn't close until 10. I understand you want to "get out early" but 1 and a half hours early?? I've worked in fast food myself, so I understand how the end of the night can be. But the attitude here was unbelievable. The place was practically empty. While we sat in the parking lot eating our food, only two cars came through the drive-thru the entire time. Then, as soon as we placed our orders, grabbed them and left, they rushed over and locked the lobby doors, still around 40 minutes before the posted closing time. I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience was incredibly unwelcoming and honestly pretty ridiculous. If the lobby hours say you're open, you should probably act like it. This kind of service is exactly why I almost never go to Arby's anymore. worst experience of my life. paid $5 for a damn mac and cheese just for them to not put it in the bag. the only good thing on their menu and they can't even get that right. If I could give a negative rating I would. Third time trying to dine in at the new restaurant in Altoona,PA and doors were closed again to the lobby at 7:30 pm. Printed sign on door stating lobby was closed at 8 pm. Actual sign said open until 10. Girl was very rude at drive though. Sounded like she was annoyed. Never asked what size of fries/drink. Just upcharge us for large. The beef and cheddar was lacking. We asked for the middle sized one. Got less than normal. Had to ask for a cup carrier. Girl in drive through was annoyed that I asked. She never asked if we wanted any sauce with the chicken tenders. Will not be going back! read more

sat at the drive thru for like 15 mins and no one asked for my order so I beeped and then pulled around (lobby was closed due to low staff) to the window and looked like the place was abandoned. I knocked on the window and sat there for another 10 mins thinking maybe there was only one person working and maybe they were in the bathroom. but no one ever came. was v disappointed. although, every other time was good service read more
