Until the last visit they have always refused to give a refund and you have to argue to get a replacement for whatever item they're missing. The most recent visit we ordered one meatball toasted and a turkey cold. They didn't include the meatball at all and let us drive away without saying anything about the sandwich that was missing. They did give a cash refund but we got all the way home to realize they gave us ham and the pickles on the sandwich were brown in the center. Definitely will never use the app again. Also twice since the new staff we've sat at the pickup window for 15+ minutes with no one coming so we pulled around to walk inside and all of the employees (never more than two) were standing in front of the store smoking.
