Terrible service. My dad ordered a mint shake. 4 minutes later they said their ice cream machine wasn't working so he got a diet coke. Ordered using the app. They showed to be out of sprite so we ordered root beer. Once we got there, the lady hands us a sweet tea and says they are out of root beer without even asking if there is anything else we might like. After that, she never said another word. I ordered 3 different drinks and a McDouble with only lettuce tomato and mayo due to allergies. They gave me our sprite and Dr Pepper right away. Then gave us the sandwich. The sandwich was missing the tomato. It also had onions on it even after stating only these products as the person eating it is allergic to onions. After waiting another 2 minutes he asks if he forgot to give us straws as we were waiting on the coke still. I informed him we had straws and was just waiting on the last drink. He raised his voice and said I'm working on getting it. He then proceeded to give us a second Dr Pepper and no coke. The cashier at the first window was probably the most decent person there. ZERO STARS. This is literally the absolute worst mcdonald's in the entire country. So annoying. Can't get food on the menu. Can absolutely never get food on time. I stopped here quickly with a group of friends on a trip while driving through West Point. Everyone was friendly and courteous, bathrooms were clean and food was warm and ready quickly. When you come from a major city and are accustomed to poor fast food service, it's a joy to come across friendly workers and a nice restaurant.
