after living in my home for 12 years i was finally ready to redo my back yard. when i came across arbortech, i was a little intimidated because my home is much more modest than what their usual projects seem to be but isaiah didnt bat an eye and was very open to working with me and my budget. from our very first interaction, he stood out as being exceptionally communicative, detail oriented, professional, and respectful. i didn't have a landscape designer but he was very open to helping me find solutions to the concerns i was trying to solve for, and he guided me through all the decision making. and because he made an overwhelming process less overwhelming, i expanded the scope of the project to include the front yard as well. ray, juan, and gustavo led the efforts in demoing concrete, installing turf & irrigation, refacing my wall w smooth stucco, and all the landscaping. they showed up on time every day and were very respectful and friendly. isaiah was present & responsive throughout the project, and worked very hard to have everything run smoothly. both yards were completed in just under 3 weeks and i am THRILLED with the result. arbortech transformed my back yard from a cold dusty space into a warm welcoming one that i am now actually looking forward to hanging out in and i cannot be happier. isaiah and team, thank you so much! read more

I needed to put grass in our backyard and out of 4 companies I contacted through Yelp, Arbortech was the most impressive and offered the best price. I can't say enough good things about Isaiah. He was quick to communicate and follow up with me, and even when we needed to push back the schedule because of the weather, Isaiah called and made sure I knew there would be a delay and that he would start as soon as possible. While I was initially quoted 2 days for installing grass and new sprinklers, Isaiah and his team worked hard and finished everything in one day! They did an amazing job excavating and leveling the area for the grass, putting in new sprinklers and laying the sod. Isaiah picked out the best type of green grass for the backyard. It's a beautiful deep green color and feels so soft. Isaiah did a final walk through at the end of the day and showed us the new sprinklers, made sure we knew how to water and take care of the new grass, and insisted that if there was anything wrong to contact him. I contacted Arbortech through Yelp and immediately got a follow up call from Isaiah. Isaiah drove all the way over to my place and shared several different design ideas with my wife and I. After comparing all of the different quotes we received, we decided to move forward with Isaiah. He worked extra hard to tailor his number as close as possible to our budget, and he was always very responsive and polite (project was roughly 250 sq. feet). On the actual day of the work, Isaiah showed up in the morning with a team of three guys and they worked non-stop until the sun set. They were all very thorough and the attention to detail really showed on the final product. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would give a 0 stars if I could! My husband and I requested a quote. Someone came out took measurements. He SAID he would get us pricing " no later than Wednesday" ( he came on a Sunday) that was 2 weeks ago!!!! I have called and text several times!!! NOTHING I have told ALL my neighbors in my community NOT to even bother (new development area, who we ALL need landscapers!! I was in the process of redoing full front yard and backyard, with new sprinker systems, replace all plants, etc. I reached out through Yelp, and on April 14, I got a message from them asking for all my contact info/email so they can send me additional pricing info. I sent them all info... then nothing. A week later, I messaged them back and said I didn't get any emails from them. They replied and said they would have a team member get in touch with me. Again, I never heard back. I understand if a company may be busy and cannot take on a new project... but then they should just say so.
