I could not believe how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional they were. I sat in my screened in porch just to see them in action. To say I was beyond impressed would be an understatement!!!! I used Arbor to remove a 70 ft Oak that was dying and dropping limbs on two houses, and they did a fantastic job. I called 8 different tree services in the area for my risky, large, dying Oak tree to be removed. Other quotes came in high or not at all, and wanted to take out my fence, ruin my landscaping, and/or drive up and down my yard with a tractor 50 times. Arbor Tree Care's price was extremely competitive, and the estimator gave me a good feeling about the company. I went ahead with the work and they did a phenomenal job. They literally touched nothing but the tree and were able to get it out with limited access (crane only). See the picture for reference on how tight the removal area was. Great people to work with to get your job done. Prices were very competitive and some other companies wanted to charge as much a twice the price we were quoted by Arbor. We had two more huge pines removed that were in the yard and technically on city property. After city approval to remove trees and proper permits were in place, they showed on time, brought a large fleet of equipment and staff, then went to work. The entire crew were polite and also considerate of my neighbors. This is the second time we've used this company this summer. Okay, adulting sucks, especially when you have to spend money on something as unglamorous as tree removal. It's winter; the money would be better spent on a beach vacation. HOWEVER, as responsible adults, when giant gum trees start dropping "widow makers" you have to make the grown-up decision and have the potential murderers taken down! I was referred to Arbor by another tree company that could have done the job but knew Arbor was better suited for it. Arbor was one of three we called for quotes. One came, did all the paperwork, and never sent the quote. Another quoted LITERALLY over three times what Arbor did. Arbor came in at about what we figured, so away we went. Communication was timely and clear. The day they were supposed to come was after three solid days of rain. The crane was going to have to sit on the lawn between my and my neighbor's house, so they waved off to prevent potential damage. The rescheduled date was the following week. Let me tell you, when they showed up, they SHOWED UP! So many trucks and pieces of fascinating equipment! I had warned my neighbors, which is good. No one was prevented from getting to their houses, but it was noisy and chaotic for a day. If your neighbors can't be tolerant for a day, then get new neighbors! The crew took as much care as possible to protect the lawn by putting plywood under the outriggers of the crane. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine; everyone had a role and did it well. Seriously...I am so impressed! I was a creepy stalker, popping in and out to take pictures and videos; it was so cool! The workers very VERY nice and tolerant of me :). They cleaned as they went; I am pretty sure the cul de sac is cleaner now than when they showed up. There was a definite eye for safety, too, which I appreciated. I hated having to kill Mother Nature, but she started it! I am extremely glad I went with Arbor and will do so if I ever need tree work in the future! read more

Your neighbors won't like you. They blocked the street, so no one could get in or out. They also dropped huge limbs in neighboring yard damaging their property and left the neighbors cleaning up. They used several neighbors driveways. read more

My wife and I had an old Pine tree that was over 100' tall and had been struck by lightning about 15 years ago. Recently our neighbors informed us that the tree wasn't looking so good where the tree had been struck (which faces their yard). So we looked at it and called these guys for a quote. They were on time, professional, and reasonable. Once we decided on this company to take care of the afore mentioned tree and mother nature cooperated, everything was smooth sailing. I called at least 10 companies, and Arbor Tree was one of the few that even responded. I got estimates from 5 companies and every single one of them quoted me between 1100-1400! Arbor tree quoted me 590. Don't get me wrong, I was extremely suspicious. But they definitely surprised me. They were fast, professional, and did a great job! This tree service is not to be trusted! They cut some limbs from my neighbors yard and, while they were here, we agreed on a price to cut some limbs off of my trees. They said that they were going to lunch but would return shortly. We shook hands. They took their equipment and never returned. How about that for honesty! They also damaged my fence. I called their office but, as of this time, nobody seems willing to address this issue. Shame on people that treat others in this way. read more

Trimming and removal advised by the Arbor arborist was professional and helpful. The removal of a sizeable tree and extensive trimming of large limbs was done safely and efficiently in one day by a seasoned crew. Upon completion, my property was cleaned up to the last twig. Arbor was the least expensive of three estimates. I highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use it again. read more
