Arbor Tree Care in Virginia Beach is a great company!!! I…read morewould be remiss not to give Doug and his crew a phenomenal review! I could not believe how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional they were. I sat in my screened in porch just to see them in action. To say I was beyond impressed would be an understatement!!!! I watched in awe as this crew removed two large trees and crowned a tree. If you need any tree removal, pruning, crowning, or any arborist services this is the only company you should contact. Fair pricing, professionalism, and just a great crew! I will be calling them again for removal of a huge old Oak soon. Thank you all at Arbor Tree Care, Inc. You deserve the highest praise!!!

I called 8 different tree services in the area for my risky, large, dying Oak tree to be removed. Other quotes came in high or not at all, and wanted to take out my fence, ruin my landscaping, and/or drive up and down my yard with a tractor 50 times. Arbor Tree Care's price was extremely competitive, and the estimator gave me a good feeling about the company. I went ahead with the work and they did a phenomenal job. They literally touched nothing but the tree and were able to get it out with limited access (crane only). See the picture for reference on how tight the removal area was. The team showed up on time, left my yard as I would expect it, and were all nice guys. Not only would I use them again, I've already had a handful of people within the past 24 hours ask me about them to get their own work done.

I have worked with Trevor, owner of Whole 9, twice now. Last year, it was to trim some branches on…read morean old tree. This year it was to complete remove a maple tree and a magnolia tree planted too close to my foundation. First off, I will say Trevor has great customer service. He is friendly and I like that he teaches his customers when he provides a quote and while doing the work. I don't know Trevor personally, but I get the sense he is an all around good person. Secondly, he has the most competitive pricing. I got a good 8+ quotes for the work he did and between pricing and just overall personality, I knew I was going to use Trevor. Even with other companies with similar pricing, their personalities were off-putting to say the least. Third, and most importantly, Trevor does EXCELLENT, FAST work with only a 2 man crew. It took Trevor and his helper 2 days to completely cut down the trees, remove all of the debris, grind the stumps, and have my yard completely clean as if there was never trees to begin with. To me, that's impressive! He even fixed my fence that I had improperly installed 2 years ago. The entire process, Trevor stayed in frequent communication with me and kept me in the loop on his progress. I really can't thank him and his helper enough for the great work they did! I told him I'd definitely work with him again but I don't have anymore trees LOL I would absolutely recommend Whole 9 for customer service, pricing, and workmanship any day! Thank you again Trevor!

I have videos of them bringing one of the bundles from the front yard with a bobcat to the fence and dumping it over the fence. If it wasn't for the cleanup aspect , they would be getting a 5 star rating.

I was very concerned about a tree service being able to get the limbs trimmed back without damaging our home. Michael was prompt with coming out and giving me a very fair estimate. I wasn't able to be home when he did the work, but I was not disappointed. He climbed teh tree and roped down the limbs. The pruning was done very well and was careful to not damage the oak when climbing - he doesn't use spikes. The cleanup was excellent. Zero damage to our house.
