I could not believe how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional they were. I sat in my screened in porch just to see them in action. To say I was beyond impressed would be an understatement!!!! I watched in awe as this crew removed two large trees and crowned a tree. If you need any tree removal, pruning, crowning, or any arborist services this is the only company you should contact. Fair pricing, professionalism, and just a great crew! I will be calling them again for removal of a huge old Oak soon. Thank you all at Arbor Tree Care, Inc. You deserve the highest praise!!!

I called 8 different tree services in the area for my risky, large, dying Oak tree to be removed. Other quotes came in high or not at all, and wanted to take out my fence, ruin my landscaping, and/or drive up and down my yard with a tractor 50 times. Arbor Tree Care's price was extremely competitive, and the estimator gave me a good feeling about the company. I went ahead with the work and they did a phenomenal job. They literally touched nothing but the tree and were able to get it out with limited access (crane only). See the picture for reference on how tight the removal area was. The team showed up on time, left my yard as I would expect it, and were all nice guys. Not only would I use them again, I've already had a handful of people within the past 24 hours ask me about them to get their own work done.

Not only did they remove all three trees in under four hours, but they did a great job of cleaning up after the job. They even ground down the stumps and roots. His quote was the lowest by several hundred dollars, plus I got a good vibe off him. The trees were huge, and one was in the back yard and hard to get to. My next door neighbor ended up hiring him also to bring down 2 large oak trees that were tight between the houses, and he did a great job on those as well, at a very reasonable price. Definitely would hire him again should I need any more tree work in the future.

After a previous experience with another tree service where a tree branch nearly fell on my house, I was pretty nervous about having more work done. The crew did a phenomenal job, and Jose, the foreman, was great as well. Everyone was professional, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. I would definitely recommend Marshall Tree Services to anyone who needs tree work done. Great company and great people!

We have no issue with them trimming the portions of the tree that extend onto their property. That is not what happened here. The crew continued cutting approximately 8 feet beyond the property line and onto our property, despite the property line being clearly marked by a 6-foot wooden fence. This was not an ambiguous boundary or an accidental few inches over the line. When we approached the workers and asked them to stop cutting on our property, we were verbally harassed rather than given a professional response. The situation escalated to the point that we had to call the police to get the crew to stop. A professional tree service should understand the importance of property boundaries and, at an absolute minimum, respect a homeowner's request to stop work on their property. I have never encountered such blatant disregard for a homeowner's property and a direct request to stop. Having to call the police to protect our own property from a contractor is outrageous. I would strongly encourage anyone considering hiring this company to think carefully about whether this is the level of professionalism and respect they expect from a contractor working around their home.
