Justin at Arbor Tree Care has now helped us out twice. Both times he was prompt, friendly, and competent. We would gladly recommend him to any of our family and friends. He snagged five dying alders for us. He climbed each tree, limbed it on the way up, and then cut it from the top down in chunks. In our case he left 20-30 foot snags, since we wanted the habitat for wildlife, but he can use the same technique to take out the whole tree even if there isn't much clearance around it. His prices are excellent, and he's happy to quote different prices -- depending on how much cleanup you're willing to do on your own. He's a pleasure to work with, and we'll definitely be getting his help with any future tree issues. read more

We found them this year, and just had them remove several maples, a couple of willows, trimmed up others, and cut up a huge fallen maple trunk on our 2 acres. Many branches were overhanging a house roof and difficult to access, and the huge maple trunk was partly suspended over a pond, so there was tricky and dangerous stuff involved. Justin is knowledgeable, helpful, consistently pleasant to deal with, and very skilled up in the trees. His team did a wonderful job, and the price was great. In fact, they went above and beyond what I had contracted for, and did me an enormous favor on another project I just mentioned I was considering. Randomly got wind of this company and had a meeting with him to discuss my project he was quick and got the price back to me rapidly. We had an 80 foot cedar with four shoots off of it. He came in a week's notice and took it down in one day safely. Was respectful of my property and did exactly as decscibed. I would highley recommend this group. We had a large, 20-year-old Japanese Maple that had been in decline for a couple of years. Not wanting to admit the reality, we asked several Arborists and Tree Service companies whether they would be able to assess the tree and advise us on next steps. Within 24 hours, Justin, from Arbor Tree Care responded. He was out analyzing the tree before many of the other companies had even bothered to respond to my initial inquiry. He's immensely knowledgeable, wonderfully personable and in no way pushy. He gave us his opinion and recommendations, helped us weigh the pros and cons of each option and ultimately let us decide. We had a set price in mind and were willing to do the cleanup ourselves to save costs, but with Justin and his fair pricing, that wasn't even a concern. In a couple of days, he and Will were tackling the tree like champs - in and out in under an hour! We're a bit particular and they were patient, good natured and kept a great sense of humor, despite all our pestering and last-minute requests. I don't know that I've ever had a smoother, faster process with anyone contracted to do work at our home. Justin and his crew are hard-working, efficient, and just all-around good guys.
