The work appointment was 2 weeks and two days before work would begin, Alex called to let me know what time he would arrive. I like that!! They came, put down paper on the floor and even on the wall of my basement. I was impressed ( I live in a townhouse). They did such a great job in removing the tree clearing the ground and even clean up the neighbors yard. Totally impressive. Tom called us back within minutes, arranged to have his top guy, Gregg, come to our house and evaluate the damage. Gregg showed up, determined what was needed, and returned with a crew to clear the tree and debris, allowing us to access our home. This was all accomplished just 4 hours after the tree fell. They returned on the following day to take down the remainder of that tree and another tree that was destroyed. All debris was removed, the stumps ground down, the yard left immaculate. All who have contracted with them have nothing but great things to say about their service and results. I recently called Joe and requested he provide a quote for an elderly friend of the family who needed MANY tree limbs removed from trees growing in the neighbor's yard. These limbs have caused issues with her siding, gutters and roof. In addition, she was barely getting sun light in her back windows because of the growth. Joe was not available but sent his worker, Brian, to assess the situation and provide a quote. We were able to set up an appointment for them to come in relatively quickly. Brian and the team of three other workers did a fantastic job! She was so pleased with their work product and professionalism and was sorry she didn't seek help with the issue sooner. She said the cost was so worth the results and now her peace of mind. She can move forward to have the damage to the roof and gutters taken care of as soon as possible. I will continue to recommend Family Tree Service to others! Thank you!

The crew was on time, professional, completed the job and cleaned all of the debris away. They made sure that they went to my neighbor's house to clean any dusts that flew to their side as well. The job wasn't easy and my garage was right underneath the major branches. The tree trunk was sitting in a very narrow space as well. The crew tied a rope to every major branch and lowered it down with the best care they could. I am very happy with their service and the price was very reasonable. We recently moved into our house. We had a huge silver maple tree (like 3 trees merged into 1 tree…read moreovertime -- the tree was over 100 years old) in the corner of our backyard. I called 2 other tree companies and Evergreen Tree Specialist was the quickest to respond. Carl, the owner came to our house and gave us a quote right then and there. His quote, compared to the other 2 was the most reasonable. I called on a Wednesday and as soon as we agreed on the price, Carl and his team came in the following day to start working. Because we had a huge tree, it took his team a day just to cut it. They came back the next day (Friday) to pick up the rest of the logs, cleaned my backyard and even my neighbor's backyard since there were saw dusts everywhere. Then on Saturday they took out the stump (they had to bring in a special machine for this). It took them about 1.5 hours to get rid of the stump. My overall experience with this company was excellent! Carl and his team are professionals, honest, the price was reasonable (given the size of the tree and amount of labor they put into the job - it took 5 workers to do the job) and response time was quick. Carl was all about getting the job done. In fact he told me that he didn't want me to pay him until his job is completely done! I highly recommend Evergreen Tree Specialists for all your tree needs!
