    Beef tenderloin
    Amy P.

Came here for dinner on a Thursday and not too crowded. Ordered several appetizers. The gyoza had a nice mix of flavors. The cucumber salad was very tasty. The miso soup was good. The pork belly buns had interesting flavors, and the cauliflower was good. We also had the red snapper in green curry which was delicious. The beef tenderloin was was very tender though not as flavorful. The Aramara roll was very good. We had a chocolate and vanilla soufflé for dessert and both were very nice. The service was very good. The ambiance was very nice with views of the ocean. Self parking available. Also note, if you are coming from outside this gated community you will have to stop at 2 checkpoints with your reservation information.

I wanna thank Miguel Valdivia and the Chef. Very kind and helpful. I am gluten-free and dairy free and they accommodated me very well. Anything I wanted they made it for me specially. And we came back again just for dessert because they have gluten-free and dairy free options and Miguel told us last night about it. We'll be back again. Maybe tomorrow night. Great food great service. Also they made us a special order Whole Red Snapper and brought it to the beach. So delicious. So good. We really appreciate the service and kindness.

Asian fusion in Punta Mita, Mexico at the Four Seasons. Of all the restaurants at the resort, this was my least favorite. This is fast food sushi at best but at Nobu prices. The seared yellow fin tuna and the catch of the day (sea bass) were both uninspiring. The yellow fin tuna was way too spicy in its Sichuan sauce and the sea bass was the opposite being very very bland despite its miso sauce. Both, however, were downright chewy. If you've been here a week and absolutely have to try something else, then go ahead and get your fix in. Otherwise stick to Bahia or head over to Sufí. Better yet, take a 20 minute ride to the town of Sayulita and enjoy better food for a quarter of the price. Other than the service, there's not much else going for this place.

Delicious dinner and drinks my family and I had while staying at Four Seasons Punta Mita. Great service was provided and excellent dessert. Would love to come back one day.

Ceviche with a slight Asian flair. Made with the rock fish I caught.

I went fishing locally. After I got off the boat I went to the concierge who introduced me to Chef Sanchez. The head chef of Aramara. We discussed how she would prepare today's catch of Yellow Snapper, Grouper and Rock Fish. I will let the pictures speak for themselves . Our appetizers were complimented with a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Dinner was complimented with Kung Pao Shrimp and Vietnamese Chicken Curry with Fried Rice. Bento Box dessert was a nice way to sample all the desserts. Great job Chef Sanchez!

From start to finish, this was by far our favorite night of vacation... When I called to make our reservation, I was greeted by Valentina. She recommended a seat at the sushi bar, and of course, we said "si"! Little did we know that we would be seated in front of head sushi chef, Yosuke, several hours later. We were in awe watching him prepare all kinds of sashimi, nigiri, maki and more... He also chatted it up with us and made us feel so welcome-- almost like guests in his home. What an honor! We also met Chef Name who we learned was a former sumo wrestler! Service was fabulous but the food was the star of the show... we enjoyed every bite we took ranging from salmon, yellowtail, soft shell crab, scallop, lobster, and tuna caught that same day. We cannot wait to return to Si Sushi on our next visit to PV... until then, I do t think any sushi we have will compare.

I'm happy to say that we can now add a fourth to the exceptional category. What a fantastic experience with Si Sushi last night. We were seated at the bar right in front of our chef and basically got an Omakase and great conversation as we enjoyed our anniversary dinner. Chef started with a presentation of all of the fresh fish, both flown in and locally caught. He then walked us through many courses including red snapper, blue fin, amberjack, uni, sea bass, hamachi, and more. No soy, no wasabi, just perfectly prepared bites brushed with nikiri. We finished off, we thought, with a bowl of house made ginger ice cream. After that was an anniversary surprise and a serenade by a mariachi band. What a night, ten stars.

Alejandro, the owner, falsely presented himself as a surf instructor and asked to take me out for a lesson while I was having sushi at his restaurant. I had never once been on a surfboard. He later brought me to what I now know as an area not suitable for first timers. I was never instructed on how to descent, and I didn't know what I didn't know. 30 minutes in to my 2 hour session I got up on the board (yay!) and proceeded to fall down (boo) onto CORAL. It ripped through both of my feet and my knee. The adrenaline allowed me to make it through .5 mi of jungle and to a pharmacy. I was bandaged up and sent along my merry way. I looked like an injured WW2 war vet, but the pain hadn't yet set in. Alejandro proceeded to have me pay for his lobster lunch and charged me full price for the surf session (prices that licensed professionals charge, and I later found out that he is not one). I paid without argument b/c I needed a ride home and I was a woman traveling alone in a foreign country with a man I didn't know and now didn't feel safe with. Long story short the pain set in that evening and I couldn't walk for almost 2 weeks. I ended up having to cancel my airbnb a day before and stay at my boutique hotel so they could take care of me better (ca-ching!!!! $$$$$$$) I messaged Alejandro about my experience once the dust settled and I was able to better understand what happened to me. I was met with an argumentative and rude tone with an eventual half-a$$ed apology. The sushi here isn't super great either, but that is to be expected. If you make it to Chillum, tip his staff well. They were great. But then ask for an intro to Alejandro and give him the finger for me. Caio!
