He proves that a doctor's visit doesn't need to be hours long to be thorough, thoughtful, detailed, effective, and--most importantly--to make you feel genuinely seen and heard. He is incredibly prompt and respectful of your time, while somehow never making the appointment feel rushed. He's kind, funny, caring, attentive, and has a way of immediately putting your mind at ease. I left feeling completely confident that my health is in very good hands. I'm newly postpartum, and he has been wonderful in helping me navigate the reins of this new chapter and come up with a plan for a truly healthy future so I can be my best self for my baby. He was incredibly thorough, provided me with excellent referrals, and made the entire process so seamless. I was able to have my labs done immediately after my appointment, received the results that same day, and he had already reviewed and addressed them with me. That kind of attentiveness and follow-through is so appreciated and, unfortunately, not something you find everywhere. He even went the extra mile discussing medication options and copays with me, actively trying to find the most affordable choices--definitely not something most PCPs go out of their way to do. Dr. Thomassian is the epitome of a doctor who genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about helping people. My husband and I both agree that we'll proudly and gladly keep him as our PCP until we're old and gray. Sorry, Dr. Thomassian--you're stuck with us for life! Couldn't recommend him more highly. If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. I've been a patient for a little over three years, and I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking any sort of timely, attentive, or effective medical care. I have never actually seen Dr. Matian in person, even after multiple attempts to make in-person appointments. My most recent appointment was a brief phone call that lasted a little over 3 minutes. During that call, I was told an order for blood work would be submitted. A week later, after hearing nothing, I had to contact the office myself to follow up because the order had never been placed. What was even more concerning was that once I followed up, the office asked me to identify which blood tests had been ordered. I'm still not sure why they couldn't verify this information with the "doctor" who was supposed to have submitted the order, or review my medical chart. As the patient, I should not be responsible for tracking down basic information about my own treatment plan because the office failed to document or process it correctly. The entire experience made me question the purpose of the appointment in the first place. If my provider cannot follow through on the care discussed during our call, and patients have to chase down their own orders and treatment information afterward, something is clearly not working. Based on my most recent experience, and an overall abysmal three years of "care", I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this practice. The lack of follow through, communication, and attention to patient care has been extremely disappointing and at times alarming.

In 2025, Dr. Jasmine Yun gave me the most detailed full body skin cancer screening I have ever had…read more I was referred to her by my general practitioner at UCLA who I love & respect, so I knew she would be great. Dr. Yun gave me really helpful info on anti aging skin products and IPL to help my rosacea. Fast forward to 2026; the office started offering Sofwave treatments for collagen building & skin tightening. I stopped getting filler several years ago, but I am always interested in ways to combat age related collagen loss. After a really detailed consultation with PA Charlotte, I scheduled a Sofwave session with her. I requested numbing on all the areas to be treated, so l arrived in time to sit with the cream on for 30-ish minutes. Charlotte was SO detailed & patient, she mapped all the areas (brows, cheeks, jaw, submentum) with marker & showed me how she planned to lift areas. She gave me a tube that blew cold air to aim at the areas while she used the Sofwave wand. And she checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. 95% of the treatment was so painless, I could have fallen asleep! The 5% of time that I felt anything, at the very edges of my jaw & on one spot on my brows, it felt like quick stinging sensations - but way less than past laser hair removal. Still, numbing is the way to go imo haha. I had no swelling afterwards & only a little redness; I felt totally presentable to be out in public. As I drove home, I telt like my face was tighter already - but I also was still numb, so I wasn't sure if it was just my imagination. I had taken my own selfies before I headed to the office, so l took directly after selfies when I got home. I was super happy to see that I could see immediate results when I stitched my pics side by side! I shared my before & after pics with my friends & they could totally tell too. I look refreshed, for sure. And full results don't even happen for 4-6 months, because collagen will be rebuilding during that time. I don't know if my immediately noticeable results are typical, but l am now a big believer in Sofwave! I've been telling my friends about it - and about Charlotte!
