terrible office. I have tried to have an appointment with the doctor 3 weeks ago. I was hoping I could see him. A week ago his front desk clerk called and cancelled my appointment stating "something came up" . We rescheduled it and agreed that my appointment was at 11am. I was told to call her before I could get in the office. So I did. The office was full. She looked at me and stated I was late, my appointment was at 10 not at 11am. She did not offer another appointment. She declared she had called and had tried to tell me about my appointment but there was no record on my phone she had called. If she cared for me she would leave a message. She did not left any message. I never had a chance to see the doctor. I am very disappointed from the doctor and his office. This behavior shows how much respect there is towards a patient and how serious this office is to service the public. How can you trust this office when they don't keep their word? read more

My PCP recommended this podiatrist for wart removal. The office staff was delightful and was very accommodating in finding an appointment to fit my schedule. It was a fairly large wart and the procedure took about 10 minutes to complete. The doctor gave excellent aftercare instructions and gave me some supplies to hold me over for a few days. What a fantastic overall experience! I have had a bad case of plantar fasciitis for almost two years. I made a very last minute call to Dr. Feinstein's office after another doctor wouldn't take my insurance. I got an appointment the very next day. Angie was lovely and told me exactly where to go and what to bring etc. I arrived on time and Dr. Feinstein took me in about five minutes after I finished the paperwork. He gave me a complete diagnosis and took time to explain how and why I have pain and how to fix it. He was patient, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice. He spends time with his patients asking many questions to figure out what is exactly wrong with them. Greatest doctor and office ever! We'd never seen him or any podiatrist before but my husband stepped on something that got in his heel while surfing. I called yesterday after seeing the yelp reviews. His office manager Angie is the best and got us in this morning! Dr. Feinstein pulled out a sea urchin quill buried deep in his heel that had bothered him for weeks. The doctor took an x-ray to be sure he got it all out. I can't say enough about his easy, honest, and no rush manner. Really good doctor. I like Dr. Feinstein, he is a bit on the older side but quite helpful. Had a few general questions about my feet, both left and right which were bothering me. A plantar wart and small bunion forming. Dr Feinstein listened to my concerns and then explaining my situation in detail. Again my situation wasn't serious but I appreciated his concern. Seems like he and his secretary have been there for awhile, sweet people. This is a smaller office, so any serious or extensive procedure may need a different office. The first thing I'm going to say is that the receptionist is actually nice instead of the sea of mean dismissive front desk ladies who usually want me to get away. The second thing is that this doctor is awesome. He's been in this business for a billion years and he seemed extremely honest and straightforward. Also he takes my insurance. OH and if you happen to be a patient who is high maint (which I am not b/c i'm better than you) he takes all your questions on his cell phone also. What to say about this man and his assistant... Firstly, he took the time to see me on a day that he was only supposed to work 1/2 a day. He stayed later to accommodate me. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I was then referred to an orthopedist; and Dr. Feinstein not only took the time to call the new doctor on my behalf to explain the situation, but he then called me at home to let me know my next steps, going so far as to let me know that if I had any questions or concerns about the new doctor, to call him and he would assist me. I am extremely late in writing this as Dr. Feinstein was my husband's hero in 2017. He fell in a freak accident and thought he had only sprained his ankle. A month later he saw Dr. Feinstein based upon Yelp reviews. By simply touching his ankle Barry immediately knew that my husband needed debridement and a Brostrum procedure, and referred him to a surgeon. X-Rays and MRI later and Barry was proven correct.
