It isn't picked up on the grounds or the parking garage that I can see. Noise - despite reporting incidents, children are allowed to run and scream down the halls every day in the evening-disruptive to peace and dogs who begin to loudly bark of course. PACKAGES- this part is THE WORST; it's so out of control that carriers just dump big bins at the mailroom door now out of frustration. You can hardly walk through the mail room in the safari hunt for your package which hopefully has not been taken yet again by whatever pirate it is. I can't imagine what Christmas will look like. The latest "solution"? Yet another app that residents pay for which has a HORRIBLE rating with horror stories on the App Store. So, Amazon (and all packages) will now go to another warehouse middle man and then be delivered....yeah, that defeats A Prime, convenience and anything to make resident's life easier. Access - by an another app; you must create passes for deliveries, friends, etc. Gotta use the app to open the garage, then the garage door, the elevator, mail room, dog park, amenities, etc. This app I don't mind, but with 2 other essential apps...come on. They of course have a pool. They are also situated over a private parking garage. I was very impressed with everything I saw and definitely feel that this would be an ideal place to live if you want to be downtown. My cousin's apartment also has a great view of downtown. From what my cousin has told me: It's quiet. The people are very friendly. They have gatherings for people who live there so you can get to know your neighbors, and also have a great time. You can rent out the hangout area for parties. You are allowed to have pets there if you pay a pet fee of course. She has a cat and a dog, so I know this to be true. My cousin loves living there, and I certainly can't wait to visit her more often.

We no longer have a security guard on property; this security measure was stopped without communication to residents. Only a few of the cameras work, and we have had multiple car break-ins during my time here. Something vital to apartment life is broken at all times: either the elevators, parcel pending, or the entrance gate. Often, more than one of those are broken at the same time. In May 2026, both the gate and Parcel Pending are broken. The gym is poorly maintained and has machines with broken/missing parts for 6+ months. Old dog poop will sit on the back walkway for weeks, and the elevators often smell like dog pee. They do frequent alarm tests/drop-ins that span multiple days, so if you work from home, prepare to find other accommodations at short notice. Furthermore, there is high turnover in the office, so they have a difficult time following through on anything they say/put in writing. Although they are kind people, they don't actually want to help current residents, only prospective ones. For example, I was once asked to call Parcel Pending for an issue the office swore they couldn't solve. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes just for Parcel Pending to tell me the office could have easily helped me. It can take weeks to get an answer to simple questions of safety and maintenance. The pool is well-maintained, and the trail access/ location on the beltway are both incredibly convenient. The apartment prices and advertising say luxury, but the experience is not aligned with those expectations. You may have more luck at any of the City Center luxury apartments for their prices. If these concerns are addressed over the course of my lease, I will update my review.

My $600 bike was stolen--while locked--from the bike rack inside a locked parking garage that supposedly has 24-hour security. I've asked multiple times for the security footage and have been completely ignored. They won't show it to me and they've done nothing to make it right. Instead, they spent thousands of dollars installing a cage around the bike racks after my bike was stolen, clearly acknowledging there's a problem--but they've never offered to compensate me or even acknowledge that my bike being stolen matters. On top of that, my unit used to be the show unit, so random people constantly steal my assigned parking spot. I've been understanding and haven't towed anyone, but when I park in a different spot that doesn't block anyone, they threaten to ticket me. Meanwhile, I've had five Amazon packages stolen, and after six months I still don't have access to an Amazon locker. It seems like they only enforce rules when it's convenient for them, not when it comes to actually protecting residents or their property. If I'm paying premium rent, I expect more than silence and inaction when my things are stolen inside what's supposed to be a secure facility. I didn't move here to worry about everything I own getting stolen while management shrugs.

There is one security person, and there have been 3-4 different ones, and they all just spend the night on their cell phones, not paying attention to anything going on! Many of these thefts could've been prevented if they were doing their job! The building always stinks of marijuana, cigarette smoke, garbage, dog urine and excrement!! The cleaning staff just spray very potent fragrances around the hallways and elevators that sting your nose and eyes just to give the "appearance" that it smells clean when it's really not! I've caught them many times just spraying aerosol crap into the air! On top of that, many complaints are not taken seriously or dealt with. They tell you they handled an issue or spoke to another tenant about something when they never actually did. The building is old and the walls, floors and ceilings are thin and not insulated, so you hear every noise from the tenants on either side of you or above or below, especially washing machines and dryers that are ancient, along with other outdated filthy appliances. I had to buy my own showerhead because they had a cheap plastic piece of crap showerhead that water just trickled out of. The dishwasher is so old and so loud that you have to turn the volume up to the highest it can go on your TV or music in order to hear it or turn it on when you know you're going to be out for an hour or so so you don't have to listen to it. No matter where you live in the building, you can also hear vehicles going in and out of the parking garage at all hours of the day and night. Outside on the grounds of the apartment, there is garbage everywhere! I've never seen so much litter in my life, not even in New York City! There are also many homeless people living just around the corner under the highway (I-10). Some of them are harmless, but others are violent and carry knives and try to approach you if you're walking ,even with other people around! Not safe! High crime!! Filthy!!! Noisy!!!! Renting here was the biggest mistake of my life! Don't you make the same mistake!!!

Efficient, professional, friendly service. Kudos to them.
