The owner has asked me can I just wax my lip right now come back three hours later to wax my eyebrows. I don't understand how that's convenient for me. Why they can't just take both at the same time or they wanna pressure me to go with somebody I don't like or don't want to go with. I am very picky with my eyebrows so I'd rather go with the person. I trust if I'm going to pay and it's my money, why can I not pick the person I wanna go with I will NEVER be coming to this place again. EVERYTHING IS HAVING THOSE LITTLE CARDS THAT THEY STAMP THEY WILL NOT COMBINED ANY OF THEM BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE THEY'RE BEING RIPPED OFF. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IF EACH CARD WE GET STAMPED IS PAID FOR SERVICE BY THEM. another thing is they always jump to 2-3 clients at one time which always takes longer DONT GO HERE

I am always nervous about getting my eyebrows done after they were messed up at other salons, which I told Rosa about, and she was very understanding. She made sure to ask exactly what I want (at this point now she just knows) and works carefully. Once I brought up the idea of going thinner she offered to go slowly, a line at a time, to make sure they were exactly the way I wanted. With the quick and affordable service, and always loving the way my eyebrows look after, I'll always come back to Bella Threading.

I choose this place based on the yelp reviews and I am glad I did!!! I have good thick hair and eyebrows but i have a scar which throws off threaders for some reason. I walked in and the place was empty. Sanam sat me down right away and looked at my eyebrows and knew right away i just needed a clean up. She asked me so many questions on how I'd like them which was a great start. No one ever asks questions they just do it. She noticed my scar and right away promised she wouldn't mess up my line. She started threading with confidence. It was pretty pain free and quick. She got my eyebrows down perfectly. She let me look at them asked if she missed anything. There was one spot but she took care of it. My eyebrows came out amazing and now I have a new spot! Sanam was so sweet and professional she made me feel comfortable. I absolutely recommend this place for threading, especially if you have thick eyebrows like me. They are friendly, professional, honest, and do great work.
