I used to be a regular for this place, but this place has really gone downhill lately. I had a bad experience today and I think it was the final straw. I sadly won't be coming back and will need to find a different eyebrow place. First of all, I called to make sure they closed at 6 like their website/yelp says and the girl working there told me 5:45, which seems to me she just wanted to leave early or make sure no one comes in right before 6. Her whole attitude was not welcoming and even though I arrived at 5:20, she made me feel like an inconvenience the whole time. Her whole attitude was just not friendly and more on the rude side. They also increased their prices lately and I just don't think the service is worth it anymore.

She really cares about her work and is gentle, detail oriented, and really takes her time. Usually after threading, the area around my eyebrows is really red and I even get welts. When I arrived she was with another client doing her lashes. I waited about 10 minutes. Once she was able to do my brows I let her know I got micro blading done but it's years old and I don't like the shape of it so if she could just shape my current brows and keep them thick.
