Crew always showed up when expected and cleaned up at the end of the day. Showed up in all kinds of weather as our timeline changed into Fall/Winter 2025/2026. Changes were needed and change orders were always clear and presented that same day for us to sign. Costs on bid and invoices were clear. Solid communication from all members of the team. The final punch list was dealt with quickly. The team was creative as we needed to solve some issues with drainage and access. Had them add sod at the end and that project was done quickly too. He provided a reasonable quote and he was able to get us on the schedule within 6 weeks. A team of 2 people (led by Connor) completed this project in 2 days. They worked in variable weather (rain and sun), were on-time both days, kept us informed throughout the project, worked around our existing outdoor furniture, ensured our existing sprinkler system stayed intact, and cleaned up after they were done. They were respectful, nice, and very professional. Our french drain, dry well, and river rock installation looks fabulous. It was well worth the money. I highly recommend this company and will definitely considering using them in the future for any landscaping needs.

We had Aspen Creek design and install a specialized equestrian irrigation system. Obviously the water froze and broke several lines. After several phone calls and promises to come out with an irrigation service person, no one ever showed up or called back. Since there was no stated "warranty" on the work, I have no recourse but to hire someone else to fix this. As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

We hired Aspen Creek for a full landscaping revision. We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

These guys were great and not only because they do a good job! We had a weird circumstance where…read morewhen their guy, Alex, came out for the pre-treatment, he noticed "soft spots" in our roof. Since we don't routinely go up there and weren't experiencing any leaks in the house, we had no idea. Alex took photos for me, but since they aren't roof repairers, I used their photos to contact roofing contractors. The morning the Green and Clean crew (Alex and Kaelyn) came to finish the roof clean, I started getting quotes and it was looking like we were going to have to replace most, if not all, of our roof! I had every intention of paying Green and Clean to do the full cleaning job, but I did commiserate out loud how it was a bummer I was going to be getting a soon-to-be replaced roof cleaned :( . But get this...Alex called his manager himself and rang my bell, saying they would offer a *lower* price since I was probably going to have to have a new roof within a month (they would still clean, but it wouldn't be as extensive). How cool is that? I didn't even pressure him or the office to change our treatment. I so appreciated the initiative Alex took and *really*appreciated that Green and Clean were kind enough to cut us a break when they didn't have to. A bit of background, my sister (horder situation) passed, and it fell to me to handle her issues, starting with a home in Milwaukie that was entirely overgrown with blackberry/vines. Within a day, he provided a reasonable quote, and we scheduled work to begin in mid-September. His crew (THANKS AGAIN, Pedro and Felix!) worked efficiently to clear the mess.
