CONSIGNERS BEWARE!! I had a similar situation to Patty's…read moreexperience (previous review). I dropped off 3 bins of items on March 11th. Dina went on about how much she loved everything. I had more items but we decided to schedule a later date to drop off for the rest. Both Dina and Nicole seemed really nice and friendly. They told me I'd receive an emailed item list in a little bit. Several weeks went by and still no list so I called. I spoke with Nicole on 3/31 who told me that her mother-in-law (Dina) was supposed to have done it and will get her to do it "now". She also told me at that time that I had made over $100 and again, how much they "LOVED" everything. Weeks go by again and still no item list. Dina then calls on 4/27 to reschedule our next appointment to a later date. I say sure but I'm still waiting for my item list (everything is still amicable at this point). Dina then turns and starts getting hostile. She told me she sent the list already and to check my junk mail, to which I replied I have and it's not there so can you please send it again. She said she did already and fought me on just resending it. I also asked how much money I have in my account at this point thinking it should be more than the $100 I was told in March. She said it's $75. When I ask how that's possible she couldn't give me an answer and got even more angry with me. My response was this is horrible customer service, and again please send my item list. That night I get an email saying they no longer want to consign my items. I tell them I agree, now can you please send my item list. The emails went back and forth for days with them refusing to give my item list. I finally received it on May 2nd! They then tell me I need to pick up my items immediately or they will donate them. This place is a scam. I don't know what it's like to shop there but consigning with them is a NIGHTMARE!!

When I began describing our services she became hostile and went on a racist tirade about how the store would never work with "people like my kind" (I am visibly asian) and told me she was going to call the police. I was nothing but polite throughout. Later she said she'd call the owner to explain away the poor review like it didn't matter. I have no opinion on the products this is about the interaction.

As someone returning to knitting after many years. I wanted to do the right thing and shop local…read morerather than ordering from the internet. This shop is beautiful with a wide selection but the salesperson couldn't have been more disinterested in me. She helped me find a pattern, pointed me to the appropriate yarn and pulled together the accessories but was unfriendly and clearly bored. Now after 2 weeks, I find that she read the pattern wrong and sold me half of the required yarn which I will now have to find online and hopefully match. I won't be returning here.
