Needed upholstery cleaning done in my living room and this company had the best quote over everyone…read moreI asked. I was kind of skeptical but it never hurts to try. Communication with them was good, they called and even send a message through yelp if they couldn't get a hold of you. The technician that came to the house, Lee, was very nice and right away had booties on to keep the floors clean. I didn't even notice till he took them off to go to his van. Our sofa I can honestly say was not on the good side, so I was expecting just a quick clean. Spray a solution, wait for it to saturate, get agitated, then extracted, from what I seen other companies do. So that's what I thought the cleaning process was going to go with what I got quoted. Lee went above and beyond expectations and did a wonderful job cleaning the sofa. It did take him awhile which had me worried a bit, but he got some stains out that I did not think would come off since I tried washing some of the covers through the washer. Overall I would recommend to give this company a try and for heads up, them a photo of what you need done to get even better and quicker response. Not only do they do upholstery, they do other things as well. 10/10

They even offered an appointment for same day but unfortunately I was unable. They communicated well and were on time. My carpet still has a couple dark marks, but considering the price and that my carpet suffered from a puppy and a baby I was still happy. They were done within half an hour and my carpet was already almost dry by mid day. You reallllly can not beat the price. I will be scheduling an appointment very soon because god knows what the puppy and baby will do next to the carpet!

She helped us eliminate baby stuff we don't need anymore, organize the kitchen space that got out of hand, manage the junk that was accumulating and just bring a sense of relief. She is so thorough, and respectful. She got things cleaned and organized and never made me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed by all the mess and accumulation of junk through our house. We definitely use this team frequently! Also, we had holes in the walls that needed repair, and other misc repairs, so it was nice to have an all-in-one team to help us. Love, love, love them!!

My son bought a house that wasn't cared for and was heavily smoked in so the stone flooring was in very bad shape. Absolutely Blown Away - I'll Use Zak Again & Again!…read more I honestly didn't think my carpets could be saved. Between old pet stains from the previous owner, my bleach stains trying to clean them and years of wear, I was fully prepared to replace them. I decided to give this carpet cleaning company one last shot--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment they arrived, the experience was professional, friendly, and confidence-inspiring. They took the time to explain what caused the bleaching, what could realistically be improved, and exactly how they planned to treat the pet stains. No overpromising--just honest expertise. The results? Unreal. The pet stains and odors that I had tried (and failed) to remove are completely gone. The carpet looks uniform, fresh, and revived, and even the bleached areas are dramatically less noticeable and blended far better than I ever expected. My home smells clean--not chemically, just fresh. If you're on the fence because your carpets feel "too far gone," don't be. This company is worth every penny and then some. I won't even consider using anyone else moving forward. Customer for life.

Silas from Majestic Steamers was a blessing as he did me a solid on two jobs…read more I originally hired Majestic to patch up a bit of stucco damage I created with a moving truck. He patched the piece up just fine, no issues at all. He even let me borrow a small jack stand for a few days to paint the patch over. The real help came when my scheduled carpet cleaning team decided they could not do the work for the price I was quoted originally. Silas had no trouble stepping up and not only taking the work for a great price but he did a FAR better job than the last carpet cleaning team. in the end I got the cleanest carpet that house has seen, at half the price. Silas is an independent business, so he doesn't have to be restricted by a set fee or higher company schedule. Thisakes Majestic a perfect choice for your carpet cleaning needs.
