We were told that once we started with one rep., we couldn't be served by a different rep in the store. They decided that did not apply after the first rep clocked off, and we were sitting there waiting for his return. It wasn't until after we asked that we were told he was gone for the day and we would now be helped by another rep.. Second rep was just as bad, if not worse. Could not be bothered to smile or be friendly; moved as slow as possible while helping us. Terrible from start to finish. Do not buy a phone from this store.

Thankful that I only visit this Verizon store when dropping off old phones to complete upgrade…read moretrades. I'm old school and like to know that my traded in devices are received by a Verizon colleague. Longer than anticipated wait, multiple customers engaged with colleagues through the duration of my visit (approximately 30 minutes). Two colleagues working in front of customers but not engaging customers; this is not a good look when customers are waiting. Colleagues seemed to break engagement with customers multiple times during their time in the store.

I took my 92 year old dad to the Polaris Verizon store to get a new iphone. Seven days later the…read morebattery/charger stopped working and his phone was nearly dead. I live out of state and couldn't help at this point. He went to the same Verizon store and they wouldn't help him and instead told him to take his brand new (phone purchased at that location) to an Apple store. He was confused and frustrated but finally managed to get to Apple, and they fixed his phone. My dad, who lives alone and has no land line, was left out in the cold with a bad phone by the same people whole were glad to take his money one week ago but weren't willing to switch phones or otherwise help. I wish we had just gone to the Apple store to get our phone.
