I thought Mr Johnson sounded like exactly what I was looking for in an attorney when I got 2 misdemeanor charges and spent half of my suspended time in jail for probation violation, then got out on time served recommend by probation. I denied the pv charge so as not to give up my right to an attorney, but I lost track of time then missed my court date. That was another pv but mz0r Johnson assured me he could get me another court date and get me off on time served. My sister paid him $1,000 up front and that's when it all changed, he did a 180 on me. He would not return my calls, he would not answer my emails, he did finally get another court date but that was the only thing he did for me, literally. I had proof of completing my community service, which probation was now accusing me of not completing, and he went into court and on his own, WITHOUT even asking me if I agreed, he plead guilty for me, on misdemeanor charges and pv for the community service that I DID complete, he was still holding the proof, but at time I didn't know he could not make plea without asking me if I agreed 1st. I got sentenced to the rest of my jail time, and 90 days to pay the rest of fines, while Mr Johnson sat there and didn't even utter one word to change their mind and he never once tried to get the charge dropped, lowered, or take it to trial to fight it, which he claims he does. I feel like he had gotten paid all that he had charged me for this case so he didn't want to waste any more time working the case. I would never recommend this guy to anybody, ever! He did not even try to help me out! I've since gotten better results from a public defender, truly. He's a nice enough guy but he just didn't help me out in any way at all. That is the honest to God truth right there and I cannot even get him to send me the documentation paperwork on the work he says he did with the charges for my case, although I've asked him several several times to send it in many different choices to chose from by way of sending it to me. He got paid then became an absentee attorney for me and my case. read more
