As I'm not getting any younger, I reached out to my uncle, who is an attorney in another specialty, to seek a referral for writing my last will and other related legal documents. My uncle worked with David Bale decades ago and could attest to how thoughtful and thorough he was. This certainly proved to be the case. I made first contact via his website and received a prompt response including details about the price, process and expectations. His responsiveness was impeccable from start to finish. In those early emails he provided me with all the materials I needed to be prepared for our first meeting. I greatly appreciated this because when you pay by the hour, time is essentially money. During our first meeting he gently asked informed questions to ensure that he was accurately capturing my intentions. When applicable, he presented several options for me to choose what best suited my needs. After the meeting Mr. Bale drafted all of the necessary documents and emailed them to me for proofing and updating. This was a seamless and efficient process that I feel also saved time and money. Once documents were reviewed, we set our final meeting which included signing, notary services and receipt of official documents & copies thereof. All documents were also provided to me electronically as well. I was quoted $750 for the entire process and we stayed on target. He was kind and made an effort to get to know me in effort to help me make more informed decisions.

I am going to make sure i will review in the most unbiased and descriptive way of all kind of services and people i come across to give a clearer picture to someone who comes after me. Moving on to the main topic, Mr bale was contacted for legal counsel on home closing/real estate. Many attorneys i spoke to required a paid consultation to explain my issue whereas Mr David Bale made sure he had a brief conversation firstly by emails and a short call to understand my requirement of legal counsel totally free. This opens up a window to communicate if you really need a counsel or it is too early or late. Based on his genuine suggestions and advices during our short call i can tell how knowledgeable and experienced he is and i am pretty sure he has dealt with varied real estate related legal situations. In terms of fees, they were reasonable and i think they are standard across all columbus. It is a hard decision to pick an attorney from a plethora of choices on the internet, and i hope my review helps somebody.

I had been dreading this task for the usual reasons (don't want to think about dying, worried about family dissension, etc.), but Mr. Vinson supplied ample verve, sensitivity, and good humor, along with exceptional professional expertise, to make the process as pain-free as it could possibly be. At the outset, Susan and I had no clear idea of what we were doing or even what we actually wanted to accomplish. But Mr. Vinson's insightful questions, laying out of options, thorough discussion of pros and cons, demystification of probate law and estate planning, and exploration of alternative outcomes clarified for us the different choices we might make and the possible outcomes of those choices. Ably assisted by his partner/Office Manager/spouse, Mr. Vinson prepared necessary documents for us along with clear instructions on how to proceed going forward. He also made an offer (still open) to meet individually with any of our seven children in case they need help understanding the structure of the Trust and their place in the arrangements. I'll mention parenthetically that the whole effort was, to my mind, surprisingly affordable. In short, working with Mr. Vinson and his Office has provided my wife and me with great peace of mind and the sense that we have provided for our children and grandchildren as best we can. I had been the primary parent for my daughter for the 13 years of her life. My x-husband was a father to her when he felt like it. My husband (still married) and i attempted to move to Texas as my x husband whom I had been divorced with for over ten years wanted little to no relationship with our daughter and my now husband had a great employment opportunity in Texas. My x husband agreed and changed his mind. Alise conducted her "interviews" with both myself and x husband. His lawyers are the ones who suggested we use Alise. I had a gut feeling and should have followed it. during my interview she asked me about my relationship with my x husband and why it ended. We were young and not compatible was my response. She then says " are you sure you did not have anything to do with it". I was appalled. I have not been married to this man for over ten years. excuse me mam! she then does her house visits and of course had some suggestions and leading conversations with my daughter. which of course she told me about! She then went into the court room and told HER version of what she thought. The whole thing was very unfair. at the end of the day we could not move. My daughter is an adult now but i will never forget the injustice this woman did to our family and conniving and God complex that she has. I feel I need to write this review so this does not happen to other parents in the future. if you are looking for a GAL for a divorce, I would never recommend her inevitably she will take one parent side, or the other based on what she feels and thinks, and then she goes into court and tells her version of the truth. she should not be allowed to practice law or be around children.

She is a liar, unethical, unprofessional and goes outside the boundaries of her job. Her job as a Parenting Coordinator (PC) is to settle monetary disputes between the 2 sides. As a Parenting Coordinator (PC), she is not permitted to give advice to either side, yet she often gave advice to my ex, she is not to be repairing relationships, yet she attempted to force my child to meet with her father when Alise was told over and over that my child had no interest or desire to meet with him (again--not her job as a PC), she sided with him on every issue except one, wrote scathing comments about me in her report to the court, yet she didn't even once mention his name-calling of me, belittling, condescending attitude, his lies, and all of his games. She was friends with the ex's attorney and this was an obvious case of "I'll scratch your back, if you scratch mine". The ex's attorney fought and recommended Alise as a PC. I found out later that they are friends, and it's apparent since the ex's attorney got her my case that Alise paid her back by siding with her client. She called the ex's attorney multiple times yet she NEVER returned any of my attorney's emails or phone calls. I suggested that she contact my attorney several times as well. Recall, her job is to resolve monetary disputes--so why did she go to look at my Facebook page and include things I posted on Facebook in her report to the court. But, she didn't look at the ex's Facebook account. SHE IS UNETHICAL AND BIASED! Alise also snapped when she was called out on her lies and blatant bias. If you get her assigned as either a parenting coordinator or a GAL, fight to have her removed and request a different one. Do as many others have suggested and have done and file a complaint with the Ohio Bar association to help get Alise Price
