The technician…read more(who I think is probably the owner) talked with me for a good 20 minutes, asking questions, suggesting I look at this or that, and generally getting a sense--and giving me a sense--of what the issue might be. He was clearly focused on fixing the problem. He gave me a worst case scenario and how much he thought it would cost to fix it (in which case, he said, he didn't think it would be worth fixing), but he also gave me several other possibilities, some of which I could do myself. This was all the more helpful since they're pretty busy at the moment and wouldn't be able to come to the house until next week (unless it was an emergency). Really impressive service. We may still need to replace the appliance, in which case, I'll ask these folks to do the work.

When the parts finally came, the technician was having problems with the installation. Finally he told me that even with the new parts, the washing machine and dryer probably wouldn't work. I was charged a $140 for nothing but wasted time and laundry that continued to pile up for two weeks. From my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Experience #1: Great! They performed two small jobs, both…read moreinvolving a dishawasher, and those were great. A+ work and communication. Experience #2: Could have been better They canceled a tile repair appointment at the last minute and offered to rebook more than two weeks out. I was annoyed and did the tile repair on my own. Experience #3: Initially great, then poor I decided to give them another shot. I wanted a four season sunroom. They came out right away and said they'd provide a quote. I followed up a few weeks after their visit to my property, and they said they were working on it. More than five weeks have passed since their visit and they never provided the quote. As another reviewer said, I guess they don't need the work. I still need a few things done to prep my unit for sale, but due to the lack of response - NOT the quality of work - I'll have to cross them off my list of preferred contractors. :( They ended up providing a quote at long last, probably only because they saw this review. In my opinion, the quote was kind of a "we don't want to do this work but we'll do it for this price" deal. There's an impolite word for quotes like these. They then asked me to change my review. OK, review changed.
