Such a beautiful plate. Gonna get all up on that now.

Wow wow wow. Beautiful and now wow so yum!!I ordered the beef fauta (I may have misspelled that) and it was yummy! The salad that came with it was light and refreshing. The fautas were so good. First time ordering from here and not the last. Give it a try. It's worth it. Something for everyone.

The people and food were amazing! I wished I lived closer because I would be there weekly. This place is a must try!!!

Shrimp, scallop and steak taco (all flour you do have to request) so fresh, will definitely come back

Been going here for the last 6 years and they have the best tacos in the area. Always fresh!! Everyone is so nice they walk you thru what's on each taco and they actually listen to what you want. Place is clean and very authentic.

Authentic tacos in Bethlehem. Order at the counter, pay & they bring your food to you. Many people get food to go, but I ate at the upstairs dining area. The tacos were very good and reasonably priced.

The quality of the food was remarkable, a superb introduction to the area, guaranteeing future patronage. If you see him at music Fest definitely don't miss out. The staff was incredible as well.

Fish tacos $3.75 each

Amazing portions! Prices were definitely higher than before but still affordable. Fish tacos were $3.75, so I ordered 3. My boyfriend ordered two steaks and one al pastor taco. We topped it all off with a side of sweet plaintains ($2.50) and two drinks. The food took roughly 20 minutes but the small shop has a couple of seats, which was nice. The store also had an ATM as it was cash only. The fish was a bit disappointing. The portions were big but it tasted like frozen fish filet, the ones you get in elementary school. I would give it 3/5 mainly for the size of the taco itself. The steak taco was also a bit on the dry side of things. Ended up drenching it in sauce which made it pretty good. The al pastor is 5/5. Very tender and juicy!! Highly recommend! The plantains were very sweet but a bit too mushy. It was around 4-5 pieces for $2.50, not sure if it was worth it. Great service which made the experience better

three tacos in a styrofoam container

Very tasty tacos for the cheap! Would definitely recommend. There's no seating available and CASH ONLY, but you there's an ATM inside that you can use for cash. I tried the fish, chicken and al pastor tacos all were very good! I had a spicy salsa on the side And I wish it definitely brought the heat but wish it was a little more flavorful. Still, I would get the exact t same thing again!

Being in the mood for some Mexican food, decided to try Torre. Been here once before but it's been…read moreover 10 years. I believe the restaurant has been remodeled since then. It looked really nice and I just loved the bar area. Very cool. Our waitress, Rylee, was very pleasant, even though it was very busy there. Ordered an App of guacamole and chips to get started. The guac wasn't very flavorful, seemed to be missing some spices or something. For an entrée, I got the Los Cabos tacos which had blue corn-crusted Maui Maui in them. These were really delicious. I'd certainly come back for more of these.

Torre is a beautiful restaurant. The building is impressive, the atmosphere is pleasant and…read morecomfortable, and the staff is friendly, although service can be slow. One positive: when we had a complaint about a visibly overcooked item that was burnt black, the manager handled it quickly and professionally. He did not stop at the table, but he offered a comp without quibbling, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the highlight. Upon entering, the host made no eye contact while asking, "Can I help you?" while he looked up at the TV changing the channel with the remote in his hand. Rule #1: Make eye contact with your guests when they arrive. Your TV can wait. (Common sense??) This was my third visit, and the food was no better than the first two times. Torre is the perfect example of a restaurant that spent heavily on the building, decorations, and flashy multicolored tequila tower, but not nearly enough attention on the actual food. The food is mediocre at best, light on flavor, and wildly overpriced. $15 for two tiny chicken enchiladas with absolutely nothing else on the plate? Not even adorned by any garnish of any kind. Then $5 extra for a little rice and another $5 extra for black beans? That is outrageous. The chicken in the enchiladas was dry, and parts of the corn tortilla were hard. The tortilla chips were so thin they barely held up to the guacamole. The salsa was decent, but the guacamole portion was tiny. If you want an upscale-looking place and care more about atmosphere than food, portions, or value, Torre may be for you. But if you actually want flavorful, satisfying Mexican food at a reasonable price, you can do much better. Plaza Azteca -- around the corner (Saucon Valley Square--3731 PA-378, Bethlehem) or the location on Lehigh Street in Allentown -- offers FAR better food, MUCH better value, and a MUCH more enjoyable meal overall. Torre LOOKS great. It just does not EAT great. You leave unsatisfied... likely hungry... with little more than a good deal less money to show for it. HOT TIP: Definitely go to Torre to look at the cool Tequila tower. Watch it change colors. Then get back in your car and drive to Plaza Azteca to eat.

So this is a review, 13 years in the making…read more I used to work in the Allentown area and one of my coworkers suggested stopping for lunch. I had passed Cali Burrito several times but didn't know much about it. My life was forever changed. My tried and true order is the 'Humbolt". It's perfect in every way and it appeases to vegetarians and meat eaters alike. I have turned several of my friends, family and coworkers on to Cali Burrito over the years. Id like to mention I lived in San Diego and the burritos in Allentown, Pa far exceeded any burrito found in the Golden State. I now live in Virginia Beach area and my love for Cali Burritos knows no distance. Yesterday, I had to take a drive into the area and you better believe I stopped in for a burrito. 720 miles, round trip and worth every mile.

I finally managed to get my car in Cali's parking lot. But, I had to wait for another patron (which…read moredidn't take long) to arrive and I followed them into the restaurant. It's not easy to figure out where the enrtance is. Okay, so I ordered the the ground beef tacos for $12 bucks. You get 2 tacos in a basket with tortilla chips. The chips are a bit weird and different, still not sure how much I liked them. Like Moe's, they have a salsa bar with 4 salsa choices along with various condiments. The salsa's are tasty and I like the flavor in all 3 I tried. I ordered tacos and what they brought to my table resembled a tacos, but the taco expectation ended there. These so called tacos, to me, aren't realy tacos at all. Their assembelled usinf both a hard shell and a soft shell (Taco Bell offers something similar). Whatever you call it, taco is not the thought that comed to mind when eating it. I was hungry and did manage to eat both of the tacos, but considered throwing out the 2nd taco. I was confused and unsure what I was eating. The ground beef wasn't bad, but my main complaint at a Mexican Eatery nearby (Plaza Azteca} is the same. The ground beef is unseasoned. This is fundamentally wrong to me. All the Taco Kits at the grocery store come with a seasoning packet to add to the ground beef when preparing the tacos. I left unhappy, that's not to say I wouldn't try their burrito's. They looked good as seen on other patrons tables. I'm 70 years old and the theme of Cali reminds me of the 60's/70's. The decor, interior, and interior are psychedelic. Retro throwback to the hippie days. The staff reflects that theme - they came across in a kind weird way to me; but not in a bad way! Their is no shortage of happy campers enjoying their lunch (I went at 1PM). It seems like a cult following which speaks to the freshness and quality of the food served. I'm still unsure what was in the alleged tacos I ate. Lol!

My girlfriend got three pork tacos with pineapple. They were stellar due to high-quality meat that was perfectly prepared. The pineapple added some great flavor to the dish without adding sweetness. My barbacoa burritto (no rice by choice) came heavy with exceptional meat and flavor. Absolutely incredible and well balanced. And their guacamole is phenomenal. Although we cannot wait to order from here again, we look forward to visiting the restaurant. When it comes to Mexican food in the Lehigh Valley, this spot is about as authentic as it gets. I went with a friend who loves Mexican cuisine, and I knew she'd appreciate the traditional flavors here. We both started with the chicken enchiladas. The soft flour tortillas were filled with chicken, melted cheese, and refried beans, and then topped with lettuce, a flavorful guajillo sauce, and Mexican cheese and cream, all served alongside a classic side of rice and beans. After the enchiladas, we shared the birria tacos. The double-layered corn tortillas were perfectly crisp and filled with tender barbacoa and melted mozzarella, served with fresh cilantro, diced onion, lime, and a rich consommé. I haven't had Mexican food this good in quite a while, and La Perla Tapatia really delivered. I also have to mention Mariana, who is one of the nicest and most genuine people you'll ever meet and someone who elevates the entire experience.

Found this brand new little gem of a restaurant through the local newsfeeds about Up And Coming…read moreRestaurants and patiently waited until their opening today. The decor is delightfully modern with an old world flair to it. We were delighted to find outlets and USB charging ports at each table, a great little touch for the working lunch or tech savvy crowd. The staff were extremely polite, courteous and attentive to our needs and extremely helpful when questioned about the menu. We got there literally 20 minutes after they opened their doors for the very first time and were surprised to find them ready to go with their Taco Tuesday menu up and rolling. They started their new venture with a Taco Tuesday menu offering multiple tacos from a Ground Beef, Chorizo, BBQ Brisket to Fresh Fish and Veggie Tacos. Tried hem all and enjoyed every one. Their Fresh Homemade Salsa and Chips were fresh and delightfully tasty, a little spicy but not overpowering like some restaurants where their salsa leave the tastebuds unable to enjoy the entree. After trying these delights we are eagerly awaiting the roll out of the complete menu in the next week or two. The owner Rose Liotta made a point of coming around and visiting each table to greet her clients and thank us all for coming to Street Eatz on opening day, something that is not always a good idea if the restaurant is not prepared and ready, but Street Eatz were ready and eager to go. Next visit should be very very soon and we cannot wait. Finally a well priced, tasty option in the area where food is only outdone by the service.

Absolutely cooked perfectly and the line, cilantro and onions were good toppings for them. 2) So I absolutely love fresh made guacamole. I had called my order in and asked for guacamole and was told it was just one size for $5 and it came with chips. Upon checking out, I looked at my to go and it had a small side of guacamole and a million chips. Not at all what I saw in the pictures. And the guac was just ok. A tad too much salt. The chips were delicious. 3) I ordered some Caldo. Which according to the pictures looked so good. Unfortunately this was the worst thing I ordered. I'm thinking it's going to have some amazing seasonings, and just overall be delicious. It had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, not even salt. I'm very surprised no one tasted this to see that it was missing a whole lot of stuff. Honestly if I lived around the corner, I would have brought this back. I know this is a new restaurant, so I'm just hoping that soup will improve. Also I was told my food would take 10 mins. Got there in about 11 mins and it was not packed at all. And I still waited another 12 mins or so for my food and my order was incomplete. So waited about another 5 for the rest of it. The restaurant itself is very spacious and looks warm and inviting. So these are the reasons for the 3 stars. I do plan to come back.
