Family operation, I like that a lot!! Job took less than 2 hours i provided everything, fountain, platform, sand, shims, pump. Only thing i did not have was 2 feet of clear fountain hose. The Painful part was the cost $475.00 that's over $225.00 per hour. It's not like it requires a skilled laborer read more

AC was recommended to us by the Mad Potter in Leucadia when we had a fountain pump malfunction. He was very customer service friendly, fitting us into his very busy schedule and keeping us informed throughout the day as to when he would arrive at our house. When he arrived, he knew just what to do and how to do it. His expertise and work ethic are unquestionably the best I've seen! Our fountain is fully repaired and has never looked or worked as well as it does now. We also had him assess our koi pond and his expertise in working with fish shown through. He immediately made recommendations to help our fish and maximize the efficiency of our waterfall and pond. We immediately contracted with him to provide quarterly maintenance for our fountains and koi pond. I could not be more pleased with AC and his business! I give him my highest recommendation. read more

I really loved the company in the beginning but I guess once I became dependent on their service, I realized I was not treated as a valued customer. My appointments were cancelled frequently with no shows and when they did show, it was late in the evenings and the service was rushed. My pond is in worse conditioned since using their company. read more

AC is the MAN! This dude seriously transformed my aquarium into a work of art that I'm proud of showing off as the centerpiece of my living room. His combination of expertise and reliability are only rivaled by his creativity and sense of humor. Even though he's a busy man, AC is pretty flexible in working with my schedule. Similarly, he's pretty flexible with my budget too, and, I never feel like he charges for unnecessary work like a lot of other businesses out there. Perhaps his most valuable asset is his ability to see the bigger picture, and guide me through developing and maintaining my aquarium for years to come. read more

Great business owner. Very friendly and upbeat, and takes pride in his work. Would highly recommend. I wish you much success, AC!

This company was great to work with. I was quite a pain after placing my initial order because I made a couple of modifications on my order on two different days that required refunds. I emailed them with the requests and they very quickly responded and refunded the money within a day or two of the requests. They also readily applied a coupon that I received after I placed my order and refunded that money. I ordered a total of 18 fish and 30 shrimp and they all arrived healthy (couldn't really count the shrimp:) and there were actually 21 fish delivered. I highly recommend purchasing from this company. read more

A.C. was recommended to us by a neighbor. We needed the pump in our fountain replaced. We've had this done a few years before, but the job that A.C. did was far superior. The pump was replaced, the new connection set, the fountain leveled and he left with it looking better than ever before. And did I mention this was done very quickly? A.C. has an infectious laugh and a wonderful personality, too. A pleasure to work with. read more
