Just have Mr. Greg came fix my water heater this morning. He is great and professional. Explaining what's wrong with water heater and ordering the part that is under warranty for me. Will certainly call him again if I have any plumbing issue. read more

The BEST service! I called about water coming out of the air-gap in my sink..as I explained he knew exactly what my problem was and told me what to do OVER-the-phone. I did what he told me and problem solved! He probably could've made money with an easy service call but decided to help instead. Really made my day and helped my wallet. THANK THANK YOU, Greg! If you care enough to help someone with a kind "social distancing" I can only imagine an exceptional service "in-person". Grateful phone customer and will save your contact for future needs. God Bless you. read more

I woke up this morning to find a slow drip under the bathroom sink, and turning the shut-off valve under the sink didn't help. I turned to the Yelp reviews and AquaTech popped up at #1. I am so grateful to everyone who took the time to write these reviews because it led me to Greg. I called him at 7:15am, and he picked up after the first ring. He was able to come out this morning. Greg was knowledgeable and honest. His price was very fair, and he explained everything to me. We're moving into a new house so he showed me where the emergency shut-off valve is. I will be calling him again in the future. Thank you so much, Greg! You truly are a 5-star professional. read more

Had a leak under the sink and Greg answered promptly and arrived within the hour. He explained everything as he diagnosed the problem. He suspected my fridge was running from the water line under the sink which was leaking and he was right. He went out of his way to move my fridge and these are the things customers appreciate. He also sent me info on the parts I needed to do the repair myself. I can tell he knew his trade and was a trustworthy person. I would highly recommend his services and will use him in the future. It's no wonder he has all these great reviews. Thank you! read more

I called Craig today to fix my leaky bathroom shower facet. He came on time, quoted me a price and went to work. It took he a while to fix the problem cause the shower unit mechanism was locked in. I started to wonder if the price he quoted me would change cause it was taking longer. After the job was done it was the same price that he first gave me and I was very happy. He was very professional, clean and very informative. I would recommend him to anyone that has any problem issue. read more

Awesome job. I have referred him to many of my friends and family.

I used Greg for many years..but sadly he is no longer reliable. He doesn't respond to calls/texts in a timely manner..and sometimes not at all. If you need something done urgently, your best bet would be to call another plumber. read more

Greg was very thorough in explaining all the gas hookup in my house. All I needed was a valve hookup in the backyard. The gas line was already there. I called a couple of plumbers and Greg had the best price, others quoted me double the price. He went above and beyond what a normal plumber would do. Now I know who to call when I need a plumber. read more

Woke up this morning to our laundry room and hallway flooded. We determined the problem was with the cold water supply line to the washer. I called around and AquaTech was the only place were the plumber coming to the house answered the call, wasn't charging to come evaluate and could come the same day. Greg made me feel like I can trust him from the moment I spoke with him. He came within the hour and told us the problem was with a washer and possibly other part that I can easily fix myself. I really appreciated his honesty. He didn't charge me anything. He'll definitely be the plumber I go to first. read more

Greg is a very experienced plumber. He worked diligently for 3.5 hours to find and fix a leak in our house's main water line. The job was beautifully done. Price was reasonable and we will call him if we have other plumbing issues in the future. read more

Fast Response to a gray water back. Greg did a quick fix and at reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more. Everything running smoothly.

Best of the best my to plumber moving forward. Thanks greg for your awesome workman ship and fixing the problem quickly with short notice for half price than ur competitors read more

Greg you're the BEST! A few days ago while in the middle of replacing a bathroom sink our hot water valve wouldn't turn off. We had the parts but didn't know how to fix the problem. Greg was the first of several plumbers to return my call. He was able to come out the same day. He not only replaced the one we needed but since we had 2 valves he offered to do the other one as well. For the same price he quoted!!! Then he didn't charge extra for "my husbands help". He also gave my hubby a great recommendation on how to finish our project. Since we had to turn off our water at the main we didn't want to go through the night without water to the house. He helped us before anyone else even returned our call. Thank you Greg !! read more

Called up Greg this morning and he just happened to be in the area near by our house. He said that he was awaiting another customer and while he was waiting he would come by and take a look, to see what we needed. I thought that was awesome...No questions asked. We had a hole in our main water pipe and Greg said he could fix it after the other job. He was back in an hour and fixed our pipe. Now how is that for excellent and fast custome service!!! Would recommend. read more

I met Greg when he was at a job at my neighbors. We had been looking for someone to install our dishwasher and disposal and connect plumbing to our sink, as well as install the gas range after putting in a brand new kitchen. Greg gave us a fair estimate, went out and bought the additional parts needed and performed the job to great satisfaction...most of all he is such a nice gentleman. I have many more plumbing tasks around the house and will certainly seek Greg's assistance go forward and recommend him to all. read more

Phenomal experience is all I can say. I called Aqua Tech and Greg came to my home. He immediately accessed the issue that I had with a leaky spout leading to my pool. It was an easy fix so he showed me how to do it. He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use his services in the future if needed. read more

After a failed attempt at clearing my main sewer line this morning, I called AquaTech for help. I talked to Greg and explained the problem. He arrived quickly, was able to resolve the problem quickly, and his rate was very competitive (I think he could get away with charging more), especially for it being a Sunday emergency!! Also, Greg is an easy guy to talk to. I asked him about a different, not urgent (not yet anyway) problem I think I might have and he did not hesitate to give me advice on what to do. I will be calling AquaTech the next time I need plumbing help! read more

We had a water heater that quit heating on a Friday. We called the plumber that we have used for years and was told that they couldn't address it until the following Monday. This wasn't going to work for us, so I started looking for another plumber. Because of Greg's great reviews, we gave him a call and to our delight, he was able to repair just a couple hours after we contacted him. He was professional, knew his job, had the parts on the truck, took care of the warranty, and had the whole thing wrapped up in less than an hour with the water heater working again for a reasonable fee. We will be calling Greg in the future; he just replaced our previous plumber. read more

Greg was awesome. Needed a new water heater and the old one taken away. Great service was provided. Called this morning and Greg said he would be out in the hour and he was right on time. Let me know what was needed. Highly recommend Aqua Tech Plumbing. Professional and polite. Thanks, Greg. read more

I contacted Greg to remove an existing water heater so that I could work on some bad sheet rock behind where it sat and to replace the stand. I also needed a gas line moved at this location to accommodate the new stand. He came out that day and successfully moved it out of the way and routed the gas line behind the sheet rock. I then worked over the weekend to fix the wall and install a new stand. He returned on Monday and reinstalled the unit. Wow - what a difference from the workmanship of the previous installed. You can tell Greg is a real PRO. He took the extra effort and time to do the job RIGHT. I'm a perfectionist and have a real eye for detail. NO complaints. I'll keep him in my contacts for any future plumbing work I might need out in Tracy. And - his price was very reasonable. Thank you Greg! read more

Called Aqua Tech because my main waterline burst. Greg showed up exactly when he said he would and identified the source of the leak in 2 minutes. He provided a reasonable quote and explained in detail what needed to be done and how he would have to dig a trench in my front yard. So I gave him permission and let him get to work. When he finished I couldn't even tell that my lawn was dug up. He actually took the time to cut out my lawn so he can roll it right back into place when he filled the hole! Incredible service! read more

Greg is awesome. Leaking water heated needed to be replaced. Free estimate (which was 150$ cheaper than the other 5 estimates). Was fast and professional and answered all my questions (very knowledgeable). I'd recommend him for any job that you have and I will using him again if I ever need too. Don't trust me? Just give him a call he always answers and responds fast! read more

I will most definitely use this company again. Greg was able to quickly respond to our plumbing needs, within the same day. His prices were very reasonable. He also recommended preventive work. read more

I called AquaTech based on Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed! Greg set an appointment with me in an hour and was even early. I had a problem with a running toilet and had already bought the parts to fix it. It is an under counter toilet and even though I had replaced these parts before, I couldn't do anything right today. He took everything apart, replaced the parts, and not a leak or running sound anywhere. The price was reasonable and Greg was very professional and nice. Would highly recommend him! read more

Highly recommend Greg with AquaTech plumbing. We've used his services twice now, and both times he has provided excellent work and excellent customer service. We remodeled our bathroom which required some work that I had no idea a plumber could do, including cutting out sheet rock, reinstalling it and re plastering my wall to make it look brand new! This was on top of all the plumbing he did such as upgrade my pipes, remove and install new tub/shower and toilet, faucets, raise shower head and the list goes on. During this work I could hear his phone ringing off the hook and heard how professional he was to everyone he spoke to. The man is busy, and now I know why! He's excellent! Very fair prices as well. Thank you Greg for helping us through our project and also for the pipe and faucet repair from today. You deserve all FIVE STARS in our book! read more

I found Greg Elmore on Yelp and read the reviews, so I decided to call him regarding the clog with our main drain in front (tissue paper coming out from main drain in front). He was punctual, professional, and provided a thorough explanation of the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend Greg for any plumbing issues! read more

I wish I could give more stars. Greg is one of the most honest companies I have worked with. I'm a first time home owner and leaks can be intimidating and scary. Not only is he reasonable he really knows to work with people. Great company, would highly recommend. read more

Did excellent work on a complicated plumbing issue in a ~140 year old home.

Greg uninstalled my water softener this morning and patched a hole in the drywall. He did a great job, was quick and professional, and the price was right. If I wasn't moving out of the area, I'd call AquaTech again. Thanks! read more

Greg is AMAZING!! Called him on a Wednesday late evening and left a VM. He quickly returned my call the next morning and said he could be there in 45 min. He gave me a detailed answer of cost break down and what assured me he was a honest business man was that he wasn't going to charge me for the initial consultation. After accessing the problem, he quickly texted me that he advised our tenant that it was a leaky toilet that was causing water to seep up through the bathroom floor and not to use the bathroom. Without having to follow up with Greg he came back to check on the problem the next day and confirmed that was our problem. He gave me a quote that was fair and honest and when he got the approval he was immediately on his way to fix the problem. Greg is remaining in my contacts for all future plumber problems. Greg is a true professional with excellent customer service. Thank you! read more

Rip off artists. If I could give them zero stars I would. Would not give an estimate over the phone. Wanted to charge $415 for a job that everyone else quoted $120 to $150. read more

Greg is absolutely GOOD, he is accountable, on schedule, knowledgeable with quality job! This is the 2nd time I choose him for replacing a new line for two houses. Called because I thought I had a leaky pipe. Greg didn't think that was the problem but stopped by my house in-between jobs and confirmed his thoughts that my problem was leaking caulking. Didn't charge me. I will definitely call him next time I have a real plumbing problem. read more

My water heater went out on a Sunday. I called a plumbing service that was open on the weekend. They came out but could not fix it. I was told I needed a new water heater. I went on yelp to find an other plumber because I was not happy with the service I got the first time. I found Greg and called him up. I knew from our first phone call he was a stand up guy and would be able to help me. Some people just give off good vibes and Greg was one. I was in a panic because I had no hot water for a couple days. Greg was able to come out that day and help me out. He installed the new water heater at a lower price then others I called. He didn't finish the job the first night because it was getting late. He did make sure I had hot water before he left though. He came back and made sure the water heater was bolted down correctly and safely. He did a great job and I would recommended him to everyone. If you are looking for a stand up guy, does good work and doesn't rip you off, call Greg. read more
