Dave Holland initially replaced my pool liner. Was happy with the install although my pool lights…read morewere working when he started and it took him 11 months to finally get them working again. The issue I have is I got a tear in my liner; he came out (fixed a small hole) and said he would be back to fix the tear. Every week for six weeks he said he would be out soon. Then he ghosted on me; no return of text or voicemail. After a month I called others. Had three different companies come out and they all said the same thing. If I had called them earlier they could have repaired it but now the liner was stretched out and it would have to be replaced. This being the busy period they cold not get to it for several months (Sep-Oct) so I lost the use of my pool for the entire summer. Being a double size pool (40,000 gallons) the pool liner replacement is $4500. So Dave Holland promising for six weeks and then ghosting on me cost me $4500 (as compared to $200-300 repair) and an entire of season of use. A couple of those who gave estimates also said they have had to fix his work as well.

John and I were in touch multiple times the day I called him, and I had a quote extremely fast on the day I called him. I chose to work with him over other companies because of his stellar reviews and great customer service. He also does a military discount! He was booked up for a few weeks, but I communicated my desire to let me know of any cancellations, as I was hoping to have gutters installed sooner than later. A few days later they had a cancellation, and I was on the books for the day after. The team showed up to my house and did a fantastic job - I left halfway through, and they cleaned up any debris and were respectful of my property. The gutters and leaf guards have been fantastic during these torrential downpours of late. Seriously don't bother looking further.
