I've had to contact another company and they told me they deal with unhappy customers of Marquis' all the time. Accountability and punctuality are certainly not his strong suit. If he gives you a low price it's because he's cutting corners. He is well known for it by other companies in this area who have to fix his mess.

For me, they provide on-site water testing and then add the chemicals into the pool as needed, all in the same visit.
