It's a beautiful Spring day and Connie somehow managed to make it even more beautiful. When I…read moredropped my car off for an oil change she apologized that they were understaffed and running a bit behind. When I got the cal that it was done (sooner than I expected) I remembered that I was overdue for inspection and sheepishly asked if they can squeeze it in. She reminded that it's a busy day and they just didn't have time, I'd have to bring it in another day. Oh well, doesn't hurt to ask, right? Before I got a chance to pick up the car, I got a call from Connie, letting me know that the inspection was done! The best part is while Connie kept saying it's been a crazy day I would never have picked that up from her pleasant demeanor. Under promise, over deliver with a smile. They did pay for the damage, but my car has a camera on it and makes a loud noise and the seats vibrate when it gets too close to an object and a forklift is large. I took it back a second time (my misjudgment) for an oil change. I knew my back tire had a slow leak and had taken it to different tire businesses, but they couldn't find a hole. When I went back to get my car, they told me I needed 2 new back tires. I left from there to run errands, and I could watch my tire pressure go from 34 psi to 16 at a stop light. I pulled into a parking lot about a block away. By the time I got there, it was down to 5 psi and totally flat. Pretty suspicious. I will never take my car back there.
