DO NOT bring your car here if you have any problem besides broken glass. Our window regulator is…read moreout so my sister Brought her car here because they said they can fix it. They took it in and basically were told it might be the switch. They said they cant test it but thats their best guess. How can you not test it first off? All it takes is a multi meter, a 20 dollar tool at harbor freight. I asked them that and the rude woman at the front as well as the temu technician that they hired said they dont have multi meters or any tool to actually test it. So now were out $600 dollars and nothing has been resolved. Like if you were gonna guess, why did you charge me 50 to "check door" ?? also have the entire reaction recorded in case any higher ups wanna say other wise. Do not let these half baked wanna be techs touch your car....

My granddaughter's driver's side window was shattered by something on the road an 18 wheeler spit…read moreout. She had glass everywhere inside of her car. She immediately took her vehicle to Allstate Glass on Red Tip Rd. This was Friday afternoon when we dropped her car off. Monday, he car was ready. They did not vacuum all the glass out of her car. She had slivers of glass on her driver's seat and larger pieces on the rear passenger seats as well. Very disappointed! Although I can appreciate the fact that Allstate Glass reached out to us after I posted this and offered to have someone come to us and clean the glass out, we had taken care of the situation ourselves immediately. We had a towel in the car that we put on the driver's seat and immediately drove to a car wash to vacuum the glass. She had a vet appointment for her dog that afternoon that she didn't want to be late to so we cleaned out the glass before going home to pick up the dog. They probably did clean the driver's seat, but there were still slivers of glass on and in between the leather seams. They completely overlooked the back area, both on the floor and seats, which had a fair amount of larger pieces of glass on them.

End of day I went and nothing was completed(Did not receive a call). My vehicle was left for a couple days and told it would be done by morning. Again, did not receive a call and I went and only one window was done. I was told that in two weeks I would receive a call and did not. I went in person and talked to a wonderful desk assistant who was the first one to give any good customer service. I received a call the next day to bring my car in. During the final tinting process, my battery died as the battery was on with no ignition during their tinting process. I was told the tint was done and went one more time to pick up my keys and my car wasn't starting (battery) after they told me it would be upfront waiting for me. Tint person said it was because of my kind of car, took no responsibility. Very uninformed staff and all of them told me different things. They helped jumpstart my car and I received the tint at no cost, however, the process was grueling and the poor customer service makes me never wanted to go again. Only reason I kept going back was because it was free. Tint looks okay. Surface was not cleaned well and lots of little hairs and dirt is trapped in film.
