They keep the rabbits, rats, and other small fluffy animals in covered cage by design cages. (So essentially like big tanks) Which doesn't give these animals the proper air flow and builds up ammonia due to there urine.

Also, another time I came here I saw a python escaping from its cage cause the worker was too lazy to close the door after feeding time. I told one of the workers and she took care of it but still, they don't help you out.

Used to love this place, selection is great and people are friendly, however, at this most recent…read morevisit, my calm leashed dog was lunged at 3 times by the owner's dog and she did nothing about it. Don't proclaim to be "dog friendly" if you have aggressive unleashed dogs roaming the store, that as owners you cannot control. I work with dogs on a daily basis and know their body language and behavioral cues well. This little dog was baring teeth, charging, and snapping at my dog who stood there innocently. Will not be going back....and those with dogs planning to go inside, tread with caution.
