He went above and beyond to get our tub operational. When he discovered there was a small leak with the filter lid preventing circulation, he tried everything to make it work, but unfortunately couldn't. So, he offered to put in the order immediately and have the new part shipped to our house. He also gave me a workaround to keep the tub warm until we could complete the minor filter fix ourselves to avoid draining the hot tub again. As a first-time hot tub owner, I appreciated that he walked me through everything and tried his best to find a solution to our problem. Thank you, Stone!

I enjoy people who are genuinely interested, curious, and enthusiastic about their work. She's passionate about design and possibilities. She came to my home tasked with recommending new cabinets and countertops. Practiced in measuring and design principles she scoped out the kitchen work, much to be funded by the insurance company. My kitchen adjoined a room addition that leads to my backyard. The space was unused. Angie recommended removing the wall that separated the kitchen, removing the pantry shelves, place the refrigerator in that former space, and extend the countertop into the addition with three more cabinets or two cabs and a wine cooler. I accepted her recommendation and now have MORE storage without a pantry, more livable/useful space and a beverage/breakfast area for sipping coffee or having a buffet style counter for cookouts & get togethers! She recommended the shelf drawers inside the cabinets and being able to pull out a drawer without having to dig to get to items in the back is wonderful. We shortened the length of the island and placed a drawer microwave beneath it. I thought I might miss the longer island, but am enjoying having more floor space instead. I had consulted with Angie when her previous employer redid my shower. That makes me a repeat customer of hers and she has earned my trust and respect. She's changed my life with her work and I am Grateful!

Had a great experience with Pleasant primarily due to Denny being so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Ask me about health and nutrition? Got it, good to go. Ask me about plants? As close to a zero as you can get. So I asked Denny every newbie question there is. He was great, explaining the differences between the options I was most drawn to, and how best to install the new plants. Got the plants I wanted, did it myself, saved myself a GOOD $1000 for doing so thanks to the availability of what I wanted at Pleasant and Denny's help.

They have tools. They have lawn and garden equipment and supplies. They have equipment rental. Paint too. The service is excellent and the staff knows you. We decided to do the installation ourselves since we were stuck at home anyway, and they were super patient with us as we switched a few plants and went back and forth on deciding to install ourselves. Last year, late spring 2018, we decided to renovate our front landscaping and chose Tripp to do the…read morework. While they did a fine job with demolishing the old overgrown shrubs, the replacement bushes are the issue. The shrubs they installed were super small late spring of 2018, but I was assured they would develop into thriving bushes. By mid/late summer, a couple of the bushes were dying. I called to report the conditions and received negative response from Jake Tripp. He continually said I was over-watering them even though I wasn't doing that. I continually told him I had not overwatered anything. Finally they did come out and replace 1 shrub and 2 of the ornamental grasses. Fast forward to this year, August 2019, there has been very little progress on the growth of the shrubs. In fact, almost all of them look the same and most of them look even worse than last year. At least 2 shrubs have died completely. Fair warning to future customers, get it in writing that if plants/shrubs are looking bad, they will come out and repair or replace without issues.

We wanted one with a "living edge" This week we requested the mantle be delivered to our job site. But we were told they couldn't find the mantle but that they would deliver an equivilant. The one they delieved appeared to be one made of pine. Upon seeing it, both my wife and I said it was unacceptable and not remotely what we ordered. I returned the mantle to Springfield Reclaimed. The owner insisted that is what we ordered. (Sorry, but we KNOW what we ordered.) He agreed to custom make an oak piece and deliver it by Friday morning. Our contractor was waiting for it Friday morning but it was never delivered. Repeated phone calls to the business were not returned. Finally, that afternoon, someone was sent to the store to pick up what they had promised to deliver. We are pleased with the workmanship of the mantle. But Springfield Reclaimed needs to work on: communication, inventory management and delivery.
