I sent multiple emails and even Facebook messages. Still no one had reached out to me. I finally decided to comment on their daily posts on Facebook saying that I had been trying to reach out and then finally someone had called me back. The women said that they were understaffed due to sickness that week and that's why they didn't answer the phones. I decided to send her there for 4 nights because we were out of town and when I picked her up she seemed fine. I will be out of town this weekend for a trip and needed somewhere to board here again, so I called to see if I could get here in and again, no answer. I have called this company MANY MANY times and not one time have they answered. They still are doing daily updates on Facebook though. I do not recommend this place and I really do now know how they get their business since they don't answer phones, emails or Facebook messages. I tried to give another chance but this is just bad bad business.

My decision really came down to convenience at the time. I decided Thursday that I could not wait any longer and that it was time. BUT, I knew that I could not physically make that call because I could feel myself tear up every time I looked at the phone. I didn't even know if whoever picked up the line would even be able to understand me. Being able to book via text and e-mail was a big plus for me in the moment. We set the appointment for the next day from 0900-1100... but my girlfriend decided that she wasn't ready and asked if we could get some more time that day. I texted the doctor and asked to move the appointment to the afternoon. She said she had a cancellation and could accommodate us. When the time came, the doctor was extremely patient and gentle. Rocco left us very peacefully. I knew to do this, but she suggested that we let our other animals see Rocco. She was definitely right. They stood guard over him until it was time for me to bury him.

We scheduled our grand daughter's first riding lesson at Punk Rock Pony. The location was hard to…read morefind at first but after a call we got onto the right gravel road and to the farm. Adina was great! Knowing it was her first ride she sent pictures and videos of the horse she would be riding prior to the lesson so she could get to know the pony. She first taught her how to groom and saddle the pony. Then came lessons in the arena to learn commands and then a guided trail ride. Our granddaughter felt confident and successful and cannot wait to do it again. The horses are well trained and Adina is great with kids. I rode as well with them and learned new things as well despite being a seasoned rider. Thanks again!

Our 2 yr old Standard poodle had a horrible first experience with another dog sitter so we were very careful with our next dog sitter. She would occasionally email or text us pictures of our dogs playing and having fun. She left us a detailed list of when she fed, walked, etc. with the dogs when we returned home. Since then, they have been having high turnover and 3 different people have groomed him. Each one doing a worse job and, charging more. This last person Wednesday, April 10 was horrible. I asked them to thin out his hair, smooth out the sides. When I picked him up, nothing was smooth or thinned out. I asked her to try again and she just made it more choppy so I asked her if she could smooth it out And it got worse. He looked like garbage. I said never mind. They charged me $145 and I left. When I got home, I noticed quarter sized scrapes behind each ear, which were raw. Clearly they had been bleeding at the shop before I picked him up. I will never take my dog there again.
