My entire adult life I was hesitant to travel because I worried about who would care for our dogs…read more We had three big German Shepherds who fell head over heels for the staff at CCC. The relief of being able to travel knowing our dogs were HAPPY, SAFE, and LOVED was the greatest gift! From the initial intake, to every single daycare/overnight experience we and our dogs had, we have had 1000% confidence in this amazing business! My family and I truly can not recommend them enough!! Best experience for us and our dogs EVER!

A shock collar was discovered on my dog jammed so tight on his neck that both my husband and the male employee had significant difficulty removing it. The employee at pickup did not disclose the use and was going to allow us to leave with this collar still on our dog. There was no communication during his stay that this type of discplinary action was necessary and it was a complete shock, since we have used the boarding service several times and our dog's behavior has only been praised. A single finger couldn't even fit underneath it. The employee on duty had to physically choke, pull, and wrestle my dog to get it off causing him severe distress, flailing, and yelping. He was inside of an unsupervised crate with this device and staff have not disclosed how many days this device was used. We have tried to communicate with the owner directly, and have been told three very different explanations regarding the use which shows deception and lying. Leaving an improperly fitted, high-pressure correction tool jammed on a confined dog unattended, with zero shift logging or handler handoff is negligence, plain and simple. When confronted with these safety failures, the owner doubled down with deflection rather than addressing why my dog was wrongly subjected to unmonitored equipment and choking under their roof. Formal complaints has been filed with Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC), along with deceptive business practice reports with the WA Attorney General. Save your dogs the trauma and avoid sending your dog to this facility.

Dr Allie was incredibly respectful of our pet, home, and us. She talked us through everything and gave us time needed. I would highly recommend Dr Allie and her staff for their services

They had great Yelp…read morereviews but a friend of mine had used PawPrints a couple of months ago when her pup recently had to be put down. She had great things to say. My decision really came down to convenience at the time. I decided Thursday that I could not wait any longer and that it was time. BUT, I knew that I could not physically make that call because I could feel myself tear up every time I looked at the phone. I didn't even know if whoever picked up the line would even be able to understand me. Being able to book via text and e-mail was a big plus for me in the moment. We set the appointment for the next day from 0900-1100... but my girlfriend decided that she wasn't ready and asked if we could get some more time that day. I texted the doctor and asked to move the appointment to the afternoon. She said she had a cancellation and could accommodate us. When the time came, the doctor was extremely patient and gentle. Rocco left us very peacefully. I knew to do this, but she suggested that we let our other animals see Rocco. She was definitely right. They stood guard over him until it was time for me to bury him.

I appreciate that they are careful, selective with dogs and clients as it protects our pets and themselves as business owners. Both dogs have been so happy and soo tired when they get home - and yet can't wait for more when we pull up to Unleashed. We really appreciate the level of care and fun as well as the various add-on packages (like photos) Unleashed offers. The dog smiles say it all.

I had an appointment to LOOK at the camp which I will tell you in advance you, the client, must pay for. Yes, that's right, after you fill out forms on top of forms, at the end you discover that you have to pay to just look at the place you are going to pay for your dog care. I5 had only 1 lane due to construction. There was a closure on I167 or I405 adding to the traffic SO I CALLED and left a message saying I would be late. When it looked like I may be even later, I called again. Three times. No one answered. I was 20 minutes late. The very shabby place had a very shabby hand painted sign LAYING ON THE GROUND at a weird angle so I passed it several times. Now I was a half hour late. You have to call to get in. This time someone answered the phone and told me I was too late to see the place. I had driven an hour and a half . It would take me two and a half to get back due to the traffic. I begged. I explained the situation again, I negotiated, which I used to be fairly adept at. There were no other cars parked there, no activity discernable to explain why I could not be seen a little late when I had notified them it was out of my control I asked to see a human face behind the assortment of gates and doors and fences desperately in need of repair, but all I got was broken recording from an employee saying there was nothing that could be done. BELIEVE THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ABOUT THE CALLOUS DISREGUARD FOR DOGS CLIENTS AND EMPLOYEES. Run away.
