We spent 4 years with Sandi and Sorayda and their staff. My children had Ms. Annette, Ms. Betty, Ms. Cathy, Ms. Maria, Ms. Rosa and Ms. Lauren as their teachers. They offer a family type environment, their staff are kind, loving and very hands with all the students. I was a first time mother when my oldest son attended the Biscayne Park location, Sandi and Sorayda were a huge mental and emotional support for me. We had a wonderful experience with Sandi and her staff. I highly recommend Biscayne Park Learning School.

We had the pleasure of attending Grandparents Day in Ms. Lauren's class. Being a teacher myself for 40 years I was immediately drawn to the enriching learning environment. The girls have attended BPS for several years. We couldn't be happier and more confident that they are receiving the skills and knowledge for lifetime learning. We have always valued a strong education as the benchmark to success, happiness, and individual awareness. Thanks to Ms. Busta, the teachers and assistants, you are giving our grandchildren these benchmarks early on in their lives and they are enjoying the thrills that come with learning and building esteemed values that will guide them through life. Thank you Ms. Busta, teachers and assistants for all you do.

I am writing this review to share my serious concerns about this Pre-K. My daughter became…read moregenuinely terrified of attending school. I personally witnessed -- together with her classroom director -- boys repeatedly chasing her, trying to touch her inappropriately, and making her feel extremely unsafe. Her crying was not normal separation anxiety; it was fear. What concerned me even more was the school's response. Despite witnessing the situation, the director simply told me that I was "free to make any decision I wanted," without offering a plan to protect my daughter, without addressing the behavior, and without taking responsibility. It left me with the impression that maintaining the enrollment of the boys involved was a higher priority than ensuring my child's safety. No parent should have to worry about their child's physical or emotional safety at school. Unfortunately, I could not trust this school to protect my daughter.

The principal is so nice and is actively checking classes every day to make sure the teachers are doing their job. A lot of my teachers are really nice. Plus, it has helped me a lot with my education and I've been an honor roll and a straight A student. They also hold tons of events like Hispanic heritage, spelling bees, Halloween gala, and more. It's a great school honestly I don't really see any flaws.

This is my personal experience with this school. After reading you can form your own opinion…read more I had my 13 year old in this school & currently have my 8 and 9 year old attending. They joined back in 2021. This school is ran very politically so if you aren't ready to become close friend with facility or provide them with some sort of financial incentive, prepare to feel like the odd ball. Other than that the facility is a bit, historic. Taken care of to their best ability. Sometimes things are broken and they get to them when they can. There will be stalls out of order until they can get to them. There will be instances where the ac doesn't function so well.... So now the incident that drove me withdraw my daughter. My daughter was seen with a mark on her face during class. Her teacher, Ms.Amargada I think it is, saw this and brought it up too the principal, Marisol. They both decided to call me (only Marisol spoke) and ask me if I knew anything about the mark on her face. I was confused because I was being called at 12:30 on the afternoon being asked as if I knew. I appreciate the initial concern and communication...the call continued on with Marisol asking me the same question in different forms. I simply asked they spoke with my daughter about this, which they did not. After the bright idea came into their head to ask my daughter, they called me back with her and told us both that she could call dcf. She asked my daughter if everything was going on and she assured her that everything was fine. We hung up for a second time. I gave the school a call back because I won't say it but I'm sure you can see what was being implied. I called back and let Marisol know that she had my permission to go into my 8 and 9 year olds class and ask them whatever she would like about my household , had she had any assumptions, I let her know to please ask away to my two smaller children and clear it up. To which she chose not to, stating and I quote, "I do not want to involve them". My daughter ended up clearing up what happened in the form of a text via a friends phone, about 10 minutes after the 3 phone calls. The next morning I went in and showed Marisol the message. Then I proceeded to transfer my daughter out of the school. They were clearing trying to villainize me and it was clear from the begging their tunnel vision on the matter. A call to ask about a mark or ANY concern for that matter of fact should never involve implications towards anyone about abuse, without reason to believe, it also shouldn't included a threat to call other entities. That wasn't correct of Marisol. So I peacefully withdrew my daughter. Marisol did in fact call dcf, they came to my home. I had the pleasure of explaining to them this, they spoke to my children , the same children she didn't want to involve because she knew that wouldn't have fit her narrative, then they advised me to complain about Marisol because how they put it to me, mater is a company & the customer service that I was receiving wasn't mirroring their brand values. Also the fact that Marisol's actions towards me showed to be very direct and intentional. I have no intention to do so but I do hope this helps who ever it may. You have a lot of good reviews, be mindful, to have a lot of money in your pocket and a fake smile to hand out, if not you too can find yourself in my situation.
