The pool is lovely and well-maintained. You can swim laps, paddle around, or take swimming lessons at different times of the day. I tried to use the pool a couple of times during the day but wasn't able to because it was either mysteriously closed or had no public access - swim lessons were being given. The changing rooms are a bit... Spartan and rustic - nothing but a few benches in a concrete box. Do not go by the hours listed online. You have to physically go to the pool and look at the noticed posted at the pool entrance. (see photo) The price online is also wrong. The fact that it is late June and the Recreation Center sill has a lit Christmas tree in the lobby lets you know that oversight and management is nearly non-existent. If they don't have the leadership to pack a Christmas tree in a box, then certainly don't expect the website to show current information.

Every week she tried to make it earlier. We (sort of) let this slide until the time she was running late (even though she had been available for a lesson 30 minutes earlier and hence could have been on time) and then decided to cancel our lesson so that she could get to her next lesson. That, unfortunately, was the beginning of the end. From there on out, despite the fact that we had STANDING appointments with her, we never knew when she would show and when she wouldn't. There was no warning, no apologies, and, more often than not, no answers to my texts when our child was ready I was trying to figure out were she was. No-shows were interspaced with occasional lessons which unfortunately caused this to go on longer than it otherwise would have. Exchanging messages (that were translated into Spanish) didn't clear up the situation, neither did going through the intermediary through which I had gotten her name. The final straw came when she was sent up to the pool by the doorman who she knew had spoken to my husband. By the time, my husband and child got to the pool, she had left. GONE! I can't really attribute her screw ups to the (not insignificant) language barrier (thanks, Google Translate). We never finished the series of lessons that we prepaid for. I never, ever do not go after/get what I have already paid for but in this case dealing with Juli just stopped being worth it.

Pedro helped me feel confident to drive and guided me on how to exactly pass my road test on my first try. He really helped me feel at ease behind the wheel. After a couple of lessons with Pedro, practicing driving on the I-95 a couple of times too, he told me I was ready for the exam. It was a bit of a pain to schedule the exam (entirely issues on my end), but Sylvio was so patient and helpful in finding work arounds for a time and place that worked for me to take the exam. He picked me up super early so that we could practice a bit before taking my exam, which I think helped me feel better. I passed my exam on the first try! I called Silvio and they returned my call within the hour. They had appointments at 7 AM which really worked well they took payment via Zell or cash app check credit card convenient. I ask my son each and every time and every time he stated that he learned something new turning the car gauging the distance understanding how to break within distance of another vehicle. Altogether we took two hours for five days. Including booking to get the license and using the car at the DMV. They are very responsive response to text messaging late at night like eight 9 PM are always responding to any concerns or calls or questions extremely professional very courteous. My son got his drivers license and he is very happy and I'm proud of him they did an excellent job in teaching him confidence in driving a vehicle. I highly recommend this company
