Within half an hour we had determined we had a significant issue with our ejector pump and called Roto Rooter's 24 hour emergency service. By then it was 9pm on a Saturday night, and we are half an hour outside TC. After a brief phone call to Troy (I believe this was the plumber's name, sorry if I got it wrong) he showed up asap with everything he needed to fix our problem. He was so efficient and polite and installed a new pump - he had everything working again by midnight and he cleaned up afterwards. I would call the Roto Rooter folks again in a heartbeat.

This was two days after they supposedly drained and cleaned it. I cleaned it and refilled the tub and everything is great. Also, someone must have cleaned something at our hose bib and left a mess of the same white chalky substance on the concrete and on the siding of the house. After I sent pictures of the hot tub they were going to reschedule another complete cleaning, but I have not been contacted since. If you want to actually utilize your hot tub, I would do the maintenance yourself or find another source.

For starters, Every ounce of this business is funded through his employees from the gas, to the maintenance on his vehicles, to the chemicals that he uses for his company, with the "promise" to pay it back- only on his accord of course. You have to repeatedly ask and when he finally gets around to it, he's nothing but passive aggressive. In addition, he won't put anything in writing as far as pay structure or even has an employee handbook so when it comes down to it, he can change his mind at any time on IF and how much he pays you back. Not to mention, he will make his employees drive 2-3 hours and only pay them a measly $25 a job with no time paid for driving or even gas reimbursement if they drive their vehicles since it's "not necessary." Since his employees pay to run his business and can barely afford to live on the wage his vehicles do not even get the bare minimum to be driveable such as getting new tires on a van that are so bald, its unsafe. WE LIVE IN MI, that should be a top priority but since he doesn't do any work himself in these vehicles, it doesn't concern him. You may be thinking "well why take the job if you know this ahead of time?" HE DOESN'T DISCLOSE IT UNTIL AFTER YOU'RE HIRED. Secondly, when everyone is saying the same thing, they can't all be wrong. He cycles through a new staff every couple months cause he can't keep employees because he treats them like gum on the bottom of his shoe but if you look at his Social Media presence, you'll see the opposite. I challenge you to look at every platform he has with his employees even as early as a month ago NONE of them work for him any longer. The minute someone addresses a concern, rather than looking inward at how he can change things, he immediately terminates. He runs this business as if its a multi-billion dollar corporation and can treat people like garbage cause they're expandable. Multiple people have stated that once they quit working for him, if he still owes them money from funding his business- he will just ghost. I strongly believe he doesn't have two nickels to rub together so he has to exploit the people who do the work. Lastly, If you're wanting to know how any of this is relevant to use him as a company, ask yourself, does it matter how someone treats people? If not, then proceed forward but how well can a bunch of disgruntled employees work on your hot tub? Do you TRULY think you're getting the services you pay for when the people working on them have a vengeance towards the owner? For the price you pay, you'd be better off doing it yourself cause there is nothing wholesome or small business about this guy. Don't let the smiling face fool you, Cody says he is a man of faith but certainly his morals prove otherwise. I've never left a bad review in my life but this isn't just for me, this is for every person he's betrayed and mislead. Everything that's done in the dark will eventually come to light and I hope he learns and does better.

Moore Mechanical was hired to do the HVAC on our new build. From the start I should have known.:…read more 1. The in-floor 1/2" tubing job they did for in-floor radiant heat was awful. My kids could have done a better job. It was so bad that the concrete guys wouldn't pour until they cleaned it up. 2. The manifold for the install was sideways and at ground level. Upon completion the use of multiple PEX connections within an 18" span is just lazy poor workmanship. They kept coming back to refill the lines for the pressure test so that it would pass inspection when they knew there was a leak but chose to not fix it. 3. Two techs left the job with a known water leak from a copper pipe for the day with water leaking into another room and under the tub. When I called to complain the gentleman on the phone (I believe he said his name was Steffen) he was nothing but defensive of their poor work. He finally admitted to not being aware of the job but never backed down from making excuses for their poor labor practices. 4. Evaporator coil drain line was hooked up improperly causing a backup and draining to the floor. They came out and fixed it and admitted to their mistake on this one. No complaints for admitting fault and making this item right. The majority of the time you would get a different tech out working on the job who would sometimes admit that they had no clue where on the job they were coming to "pickup where someone else left off". NO MOORE MECHANICAL......find an actual reputable company who takes pride in their work and stands behind it. ( I welcome a response from Moore Mechanical, as they have ignored my concerns thus far)
