Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

He would be back to treat the cement and paved areas when there were two sunny days. After not hearing from him for a several weeks, his guys showed up on evening and tarred some cracks and said they would be here the following Wednesday to finish, and never showed. 46 days from the start, 70 percent of the days that would qualify, they finally came back and slurried the pavement for the first coat. Then rather than letting you know if and when they were coming back to do the second coat and treat the cement, I called Blancy and was told they would be here at 11. 11 came and they are not here. They don't care about the customers schedule, they just come and go without telling you anything. I had to watch them work to make sure that it was done right, and, have the crew fix areas that were shoddy before they left. Not a way to run a business. Oh, and about day 40, I called to find out when they were coming, they were doing a Motel 6. They should have been here finishing this job before they move on to the next. The attitude was that I'm not as important as the motel or any other job. It will be the last time Black Rock ever does another job here, including any of their "warranty" if needed.
