After meeting and getting quotes from the 4 companies (Pinnacle, Relax, Outdoor Living, and Krystal Clear), we quickly realized the Pinnacle team was the one for us! From day 1 Liz, Ross, Travis, and Ashley were amazing! They addressed concerns from past customers (which fell under a different ownership dynamic) and were very transparent about what happened. After these discussions, we put full trust in this team and never looked back. Every single crew member that came out (demolition, plumbing, electrical, digging, pool drop, concrete, rough grading, etc, etc) was amazing! I was prepared to put the total on my credit card, but Mike insisted the company did not take credit cards, so I wrote a check. I had originally asked Mike for a card with his name and company, but he did not have a card. When the bill was to be paid, Mike did not provide me with an invoice, card, or anything. I was very reluctant to make payment to this individual. He promised he would send me an invoice marking "paid" on the front. I provided him with my e-mail address. It is now Thursday evening. I have received no invoice, no information on this company, and per a phone call, I was able to leave a message. I would appreciate some information on this company, why I was told no credit cards, and why "Mike", was reluctant to give me any information. The check was written to MWC Construction. I am hoping to hear back from this company within several more days. My next letter will be to the Better Business Bureau for information.

What was supposed to be a simple 15-day close ultimately took nearly 60 days due to numerous unresolved deficiencies and quality issues. Project management was extremely poor and, at times, effectively nonexistent. Many issues that should have been addressed prior to listing were discovered only after entering escrow, resulting in delays and added costs. After the sale, warranty support was inadequate (I would say they did not honor a warranty). Legitimate warranty claims were disputed, and in some cases false accusations were made without the project team even coming out to inspect the issues. Contractual deadlines for completing outstanding work were missed by a wide margin with lots of disruptions. If you choose to work with MWC, I strongly recommend closely vetting the project manager and ensuring you have a rock-solid contract that clearly defines quality standards, accountability, and firm completion timelines.

I am very grateful to them for following through and arranging for a pond expert to design and construct a definitively top-notch pond with specifics in its configuration geared toward making it problem-free for a long time. For example, -- the sturdy rubber liner of the newly-built pond is layered between high-quality felt fabric positioned beneath it and above it, and each layer is all one continuous piece -- the edges of the liner all around the pond are solidly covered, and have six to twelve inches of additional length to allow for adjustments due to any settling or shifting -- the drain pipe for the nearby house downspouts has been appropriately repositioned and embedded in the ground -- every boulder is securely positioned and safe to walk on -- the filtration system and waterfall box are those intended for use in a pond, not a pondless waterfall Because of those changes and others related to reliability, aesthetics, and utility, the new pond is an absolute delight. I'll never use them again. Hired them to remove a wood…read moredeck, put in some stairs and landing replacing it. Then put in a paver patio, The deck part was mostly ok. Then the paver guys came in. First thing they did was cut a 6xx6 support on the stairs that were put in 2 days before for some reason. The contractor was out that day and I talked to him. They came out and put in some more concrete and a new post. Not sure the concrete goes below grade. Paver job is just ok but not for the amount of money I paid. I had them come back and redo one of the corners. They sort of finished the sanding of the pavers but there are some voids between the bricks. Should be completely filled on a brand new job. Finally, took me a few days to notice today. When they leveled the paver area, they raised my air conditioner unit a few inches. Left it on top of river rock and a brick. It rocks now. I texted them a picture. I'll update this review either good or bad tomorrow,
