My roommate and I filed a number of work orders and they were always addressed promptly and correctly, so we never had to refile for the same issue. Whenever we had questions about our lease, they were helpful and flexible. Dave, our landlord with CRM, and Brian, our maintenance person, both knew myself and my roommate. Top notch customer service. The apartment itself was really nice, too. Still feels like new, wonderful views into the park, very nice appliances, layout, carpeting, flooring, etc. Good amount of storage in the kitchen and closets in bedroom. The building has a small parking lot inside the building and I was able to lease one of those spots, which was fantastic - but there is a good amount of parking available nearby, including garages and surface lots. Area is quiet - Euclid Ave is a stone's throw away, so you're near restaurants, Heinen's, Playhouse, East 4th, but without the noise and traffic. I did not have a pet, but other people in the building do. Highly recommend!

When we moved here at the end of 2017, the area was no where as built up as it is today, however it was still close to the flats, edgewater, the marinas, a bunch of great restaurants, etc. In the past 2 years... wow! The amount of investment in the area, Ohio City, Edgewater, the Metropark's trails, the river, so much more around it makes us truly spoiled to live in the area. We can walk out on our 8th floor to the Viaduct, have a cookout, listen to a concert at Nautica, or even pop over to Luca for a happy hour. This building is right in downtown with also trees and nature surrounding it, so you are getting the best of both worlds.

The only word I would use to describe my experience here is "luxury". The building is very secure. Staff doesn't let anyone inside the building. Your guests have to call you on a box and when they call it goes to your cellphone and you have to let them in by phone. I find that awesome. I have my own parking space on the lower garage level. The gym is very nice and the equipment is in great shape. Noise level is always at a minimal. It's a great little community of people and I'm so happy living here. I used to live in the Warehouse District and although it was wonderful, it was always so busy, naturally. Living at Stonebridge Plaza is like being in the city, but also being away from the hustle and bustle at the same time. Did I forget to mention that we also have our own private bridge to walk on? Only us residents have access to The Old Stone Bridge where the street cars use to run. With this you have a great view of the Downtown, Cleveland skyline, and also Jacobs Pavilion. Last night we were able to watch Ellie Goulding perform. All we need is a grocery store to make it perfect.. But I'm genuinely happy here.

Fast forward three years when my elderly naive father has moved to assisted living, he wanted to use her again, now to sell. I met with her upon his request. She looked me in the eye and stuck out her hand for a 6% seller/4% buyer commission. I stood there slack jawed, thinking I was living in the twilight zone. Life will bring her karma with time.

We all pay top dollar for amenities that do not exist like clubhouse, fitness center, golf simulator, fire pits, pickle ball courts, and bocce ball courts. Upon signing my lease I was promised a pergola over my back patio only to find out later that was never in the plans although all the new units like mine have them or a covered patio. I never agreed to a unit with a water closet that replaces the pantry in the kitchen, I was told I would receive a monthly discount and that never happened I was told my rent is already lower then some units because of when my lease was signed, what does that have to do with me?? It took me 4 months to get a garage door opener. There is no extra parking for guests yet we get warnings for parking in the street. When we contact the property manager Hannah we get told what we want to hear and no action is taken. I'll start with all the things I like about the place. The apartments are very spacious and kept up very well. The complex looks incredible. They go to great lengths to keep the place clean and inviting. The property management team has been nothing but wonderful and they are typically very quick to respond to any problems. The complex is located just a couple of miles away from downtown Twinsburg and most every store you could need access to. For those who are looking for easy highway access for your daily work commute 480, 271, and route 8 are easily accessible from the complex. The complex is also close to several gyms and great restaurants. I've never felt slighted by the lack of amenities (pool, on site gym, etc) for what we pay a month, especially considering how well the place is kept up and how nice Twinsburg is. There are a couple of draw backs with the complex. As the other reviewers mentioned, the cable/internet situation is a problem. When you sign your lease you sign up to have your cable provided by Dish network (through Windstream) and your internet through Windstream. If you've ever had the misfortune of working with Windstream you know why this is a problem. Needless to say their customer service is terrible, and because they own the Dish contract it's very difficult to get decent customer service from Dish. Ok, no problem just disconnect and get someone else, right? Wrong. Because Windstream bought out the cable for the complex they still charge you a $50 a month access for another company to use their outlets. All this may seem minor but after a few brutal customer service phone calls you'll understand the problem. The other issue I have with the complex deals with the number of parents who tend to pull their car up to the complex exit and sit there with their kids while they wait for the school bus. This also seems like a minor issue but when you are trying to get out the door for work it can be a little frustrating trying to navigate a line of cars when you don't know who is waiting for a school bus and who is also about to pull out and around the line of cars. The management staff has tried to address the issue but they are largely ignored. While we are moving out of Pebble Creek in a few months due to job changes, I would absolutely recommend the complex to anyone looking to move into a nice, quiet, neighborhood in a nice town.
