Really takes time to make sure the ground and all maintenance issues are attended to in a timely fashion. Most of the apartments here are all remodeled and they are just beautiful. My apartment faces the Metro Parks and its wonderful to see all the wild life. This is a very good living experience!!

I have seen many negative reviews of Mystic Creek over the last years and feel it is time for an honest update. Our current manager Jackie is hard working and has turned this apt.complex into a good living experience. I disliked the impersonal, rigid, almost threatening management style at my former residence. I prefer the friendly, relaxed attitude here at Mystic Creek. All apt. complexes have some problems but Jackie does her best to address residents' issues and goes out of her way to be helpful and make life easier for residents. The majority of apartments here have been gutted and renovated with stylish quality along with many overall upgrades. The halls were recently recarpeted, repainted and decorated in a lovely contemporary style and the elevator refurbished. The laundry rooms were also updated. The parking lot was repaved and a new roof put on bldg. A (one of two blogs.) The rent is fair according to market pricing. The drug problems vanished with dealers banished! I love the scenic location/beauty next to Big Creek-Metroparks. I am looking forward to signing another long term lease.

She provided timely updates and advised us correctly. We were fortunate to find her, via a neighbor friend's personal referral. They also had a great experience working with her to buy and sell their homes. Her competence and integrity allowed us to focus on our out-of-state move, knowing our sale was being looked after properly. She was able to deliver the 3-week close we required to sell our home before the end of the year, after it had been unsuccessfully listed under a different realtor 3 months prior. She looked out for our best interests every step of the way. Highly recommended.

The showings were great too, feedback after people toured our house gave us the information we expected so the house sold in short order, actually, one day! Michelle even helped us on the other end, with our new house..which, is our last. She found a realtor in our current area who went the distance for us. In the end, I had to write my own leases because they would not make my requested adjustments. The lease increase was posted on front door exposing all my tenants information. I removed then notice and personally made changes and personally handed to tenant. Then same afternoon, I called Ohio Rental Managers and the recording stated that their phone number was disconnected. When I was finally able to make contact thru the building management company, they made me feel that I was in the wrong---no notification of them changing phone messaging and/or phones being temporarily interrupted. Also, when I requested a plumber, they sent someone out and charged me $289. I thought that was okay, the plumber supposedly fixed the the shower head and looked at a pipe. Three weeks later, I called them back, as my tenant said there was hardly no water pressure from the shower head. When I called Ohio Rental Managers, they told me that it would cost me another $379, regardless of the problem. As it turns out, their plumber had screwed the shower head too tight and cracked the washer causing low pressure. I lost all trust after that. I finally discontinued services after 6 months. They first insisted on mailing my property keys to me. Finally after going back and forth they agreed to put keys in lock box on the door of office. Horrible experience. I feel I wasted a thousand dollars.
