After I sent her pictures, she quoted me a VERY reasonable price and sent her crew out THE SAME DAY!!!! Amazing! How common is it to find that kind of customer service these days, right?! The crew of three arrived within three hours of me giving Patty the green light. The crew did an incredible job! Our crew blew away our expectations. They not only cleaned the specific items/areas on our list....they cleaned SO much more!!! They literally cleaned floor to ceiling. We are so impressed with the level of customer service and quality, I called Patty for three reasons: 1. To thank her for making such an effort to make this happen last minute and same day. 2. To tell her that her crew went so far above and beyond it was shocking. 3. To ask that she come give me an estimate for weekly interior cleaning so I can ditch my current housekeepers! I highly recommend this company. I had some family coming in from out of town and my place was a shambles. I don't normally use cleaning services because I had a couple bad experiences in the past. However, this company came highly recommended by a friend so I gave them a call. Their manager came out to checked the place and give me a quote. She was very friendly and respectful. She went through the house and explained everything they provided in their service. The quote was very reasonable and they could so I decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you. This is the best cleaning service I've ever received. I left my house Thursday to go to work and when I returned, it was way cleaner than I could have imagined. They did a really bad job cleaning. I wanted to hire them because I have been so busy and they did a really bad job. Also had an attitude when making requests. I took a wipe and wiped the floor once, which is still black. See the photo attached for that. We wanted the movers to come since moving made such a mess and needed a deep clean. Despite attempts to have them do more they complained and tried to gaslight us into thinking it was okay. The counters still had stuff on it that i easily took a wipe and took it off. I had to tell him multiple times to clean my side table because he would "clean it" and I kept coming back to it being dirty. They vacuumed with the smallest vacuum I have ever seen and there is still dirt and grime on the floor on the floor. Waste of money. Edit: Just checked under our couch which we asked them to clean and offered to help move it (it is not that big). I asked them during if they cleaned under the couch yet and they lied and said they did!! They did not!! At all!!! read more

I hired APS cleaning services to clean my home and let me just tell you how wonderful the service that they provide really is. They work remarkably fast, very pleasant and polite and courteous. They did such a wonderful job cleaning my house. My house looks brand new once again thanks to APS. Great move out cleaning! I used TAKL the day before and the house was a mess, but I still had to pay the money. I felt deceived and scammed. So, I called APS in the evening panicking because I needed a cleaner and she answered right away. She immediately booked me for the next afternoon, one day before closing! She was a life saver! The deep clean included wiping cabinets, inside drawers, ovens, stoves, refrigerator, all blinds were dusted, all baseboards and fans, bathrooms scrubbed and floor moped and vacuumed. I did "white glove" inspection and it was spotless. The new buyers were greatly impressed with house, the first comment was "the house is so clean and beautiful" thank you. The first time I used APS, I had family coming to stay with us and Patricia squeezed us into their schedule on short notice to make sure the house would look great for our guests. There is a larger up-front fee for the first cleaning, but the price for regularly scheduled cleanings is much lower. Patricia and her team consistently do a beautiful job and cover my entire house in under 3 hours. Patricia is very friendly and her team works quickly and thoroughly. Patrica is so helpful and good and what she does! I was selling my house and the city shut off the water so she could not clean. She left to go to another job and then left that job to come back to the house when the city worker came to put the water back on ( someone needed to be at the house when he was there). She went back to the other house to finish and then came back to my house to start the job. She is all about service and making sure you are happy with the results. Her pricing is fair too. Patricia is absolutely wonderful. She is responsive, professional, and friendly! She makes sure to ask you if you have specific needs to pay special attention to, and there at little touches around the house that make it feel like a home. Let me start off by saying they EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS BY 200%. We were in a jam to move out of state and cleaning the house got lower and lower on the priority list until it became an emergency. Patty and her sister did an amazing job on my filthy town home rental. It was un believable the way they transformed a disgusting bachelor pad/frat house, which previously housed 3 grown men(my self included) into an unrecognizably clean living space, clean enough to put on the market and sell at that very moment. *2-3 hrs tops. WOW! Needed help cleaning an apartment after moving out of it. With the chaos of moving we just weren't able to keep up with daily chores and the place got pretty grungy pretty quickly.
