The mortgage company would not change their rate based upon your appraisal. You cost me an extra 2 percentage points on my loan which was substantial. I have purchased more than 2 dozen times in my life. I have never had a worse company and appraisal in my 60+ years. As the owner said, I had no choice in the appraisal company. In fact, it was the same mortgage company who sent out a different appraisal 2 years earlier who appraised the house correctly at a higher value. Hire someone who knows what they are doing. I would have but wasn't given the choice.

I made a 175$ cash purchase and was given back 25$ in change of which the 5$ was fake. Please be cautious when making cash purchases from this company. It was absolutely my fault for not checking my money and trusting them. I don't see how they could have accidentally given me fake money because they check all bills that are handed to them by customers. I hope that they don't continue to do this and I definitely learned my lesson just glad it wasn't all fake money.

Her hard-working staff came 3 full days to price items in a massive 28-acre Hart Flat property before the sale. The only warning I have is they will try to sell EVERYTHING, even paper towels or Kleenex that you still want to use, lol! : D During the 3-day estate sale, the staff took care of everything. A lot of items did not get sold not for lack of effort but I think due to the limited market in Tehachapi. However, Michele put us in touch with a lady named Deborah who literally took everything left for donation and saved us from having to rent a dumpster and all the work involved with transporting tons of items. Overall, we were a little disappointed in the amount of money that came back after such a huge process. Go2Girlz takes 40% which sounds like a lot, but frankly, considering the amount of work put in by the staff, I don't know how it was enough to pay for their time. So if you are dealing with grief from a death (like us) or the stress of moving and you cannot do it on your own, this is a company you can lean on.

On September 15th 2026 at approximately 8:45 a.m. the on-site property manager where I live Charlene morales's husband was tampering with a water faucet in my area, resorting to purposely causing the water pipe to burst leaving my neighbors and I with no water for a few hours and having the city shut off the water. this was Charlene's plan in retaliation due to her having an issue with me using the water faucet and water hose that is in my area where I pay rent. When I came outside to a approach Charlene and express my concerns she ignores me at first as if acting like she can't hear me texting on her phone when I know that she did hear me. Charlene responds with "well things happen." I responded back with No, things don't just happen she then says to me "Well, it sucks to be you, and" you have problems" She also was raising her voice at me pointing her fingers and telling me that I'm not entitled to things here that I only rent from my door to outside whatever the hell that means. And that if I don't like how she runs things I can leave. I told her I don't have to leave because I pay rent here. She has no right to tell me that, plus she doesn't even pay rent here from what I heard she's just squatting here. My neighbor witnessed the entire thing and her screaming at me and insulting me. When I called the office to report this, a woman who answered the phone told me, "Charlene just had a baby." As if that excuses her shitty behavior. Having a baby does not give her permission to be disrespectful and rude to tenants. We are the reason that she has a job. I called a second time and a woman by the name of Angie answered and I explained to her what had happened on that day of the incident she said, " unfortunately Charlene is one of the most praised here." That's not what I'm asking. I'm letting you know about her behaviour, and I'd like to speak to her supervisor. She completely dismissed everything that I told her. They gave me the runaround each time, I requested to speak to a higher-up at the office or her whoever her supervisor is. On the same day that the plumber came to repair the water pipe that was tampered with by Charlene's boyfriend, that same plumber did not clean up after himself, leaving the work incomplete; he just left the holes exposed and didn't even bother to dig them back up and patch them, which was Charlene's job to tell him to do so but since she's taking things personally with me and targeting me, she didn't tell him to do that. I believe that she sent her boyfriend to go tamper with the water faucet she's been having an issue with, me watering my plants, and using my water hose. As if she pays the water bill here. She also tries to enforce her rules here at the apartment complex, such as a two-car parking limit for tenants, yet she uses the back of the property as a parking lot for her 3+ cars and her visitors' cars whenever they come by. Mind you, she also insists that we leave all the gates completely locked, yet she leaves the gate that leads to the back of the apartment wide open all day. She does all this just because she got her boyfriend's truck stolen, which is not our problem to deal with. Idk, maybe park your vehicles in the parking lot like the rest of us? Why don't the rules apply to her, yet she tries to enforce her rules here? She also tried to enforce her rules by having all of us throw away our outdoor personal belongings, which she threatened to do so in a group chat to a neighbour who according to her "does not want to abide by her rules." Yet, the back and front of her apartment are littered, and dirty, with a bunch of random junk outside. She also has us all grouped in a group chat, leaving our numbers exposed for the rest of the community To see. There's no confidentiality at all. I've been living here for 5 years, and she was just recently moved here as an on-site property manager because they switched our previous manager, Nia White, with who was very awesome, compared to this Charlene person. Charlene has a sloppy appearance she looks unkept and has tattoos on her face not professional at all, and is just rude and has a disgusting attitude, which equity management lets her get away with it and I believe they even encourage it in her. This company lets their staff members abuse and bully rent-paying tenants. It's because of us that you guys have a job. Gladly, this company is being sued by attorney AJ Bonta in California, so you won't be laughing at us tenants for long. I suggest you do a performance review on your beloved Charlene Morales, but you'll just side with her because she's knocked up again not the tenants' fault that she decided to have a baby.

Also, this company main office is pama management. One thing that is guaranteed when you first move-in is you will never get your deposit or last months rent back even if you do things right. their way of business is kicking people out and keeping their deposit. That's how they make their money... I am in the works of making a class action lawsuit. We're all tenants will be compensated. stay tuned and please keep all your documents.
