Not only do they give terrible advice to the HOA board which constantly puts them at huge risk for being sued, but they also blatently break the law when it comes to providing information to the homeowners. Just to view the records of the HOA spending they want hundreds of dollars up front along with a signed Non-Disclosure agreement before they'll even open the door to let you see the financial documents leading to their terrible accounting reports. Their staff are rude and insulting and I've had their office door slammed on me and several other homeowners trying to show up to an HOA meeting that they screwed up the location and time of. They have done everything humanly and many times illegally possible to prevent homeowners from participating in meetings. They've closed down access to where meetings are posted, ban people from attending who can't prove through a deed that they live in the HOA, and much much more. So if you're looking at this company for any kind of service, RUN. Run away as fast as humanly possible!

They kept the entire deposit and they charged us for every day that we were there cleaning the house. They never told us that we would be charged. Isabel, a CCM team member, came by weekly to clean the walkways, driveways, and laundry area. She did a fantastic job, and honestly, I think her regular visits played a big part in keeping everything in such great shape. It was not just the cleaning -- it was the consistent presence and attention to detail. Maintenance? Fast and professional. Ted, Bernadette, and Mayra were always quick to respond and genuinely cared. Service felt personal, not transactional.
