Three weeks later (!) he came back with a report full of errors (some big errors), inappropriate comparable sales and unprofessional data ignoring the real market data of recent sales or on-sale comparable properties (comparing apple to apple) and valued our house over $200,000 below the actual market value!!! We appealed their assessment, on how and why they rated this beautifully constructed and decorated internally with over $180,000 high-end upgrades, with owned solar system, state of art back yards and many other features, so low and have made such a big error. Instead of appropriately replying to the owner's concern accepting their errors and adjusting the price to the real market value, they only came back with an increase of $35,000 to the value they previously sent!! From any aspects you could look at their services, they have acted unprofessionally, with incompetent appraiser and the quality of the work was so poor that I would recommend no one ever to go even to a mile of their office requesting an appraisal.

Too lazy to do a good job. I spoke to a realtor about it and she said this firm is known for low balling properties. They used foreclosure properties in comparison sales when other more suitable comps were available. If your lender pulls this firm, ask for another appraiser on their list. They did a horrible job and I was the buyer! I lost the house because of the appraisal.

You cost me an extra 2 percentage points on my loan which was substantial. I have purchased more than 2 dozen times in my life. I have never had a worse company and appraisal in my 60+ years. As the owner said, I had no choice in the appraisal company. In fact, it was the same mortgage company who sent out a different appraisal 2 years earlier who appraised the house correctly at a higher value. Hire someone who knows what they are doing. I would have but wasn't given the choice.

The Go2Girlz saved our lives during a very stressful time. The estate sales were all booked up for…read moremonths but I kept in touch with Michele and she squeezed us in after a cancellation. Her hard-working staff came 3 full days to price items in a massive 28-acre Hart Flat property before the sale. The only warning I have is they will try to sell EVERYTHING, even paper towels or Kleenex that you still want to use, lol! : D During the 3-day estate sale, the staff took care of everything. A lot of items did not get sold not for lack of effort but I think due to the limited market in Tehachapi. However, Michele put us in touch with a lady named Deborah who literally took everything left for donation and saved us from having to rent a dumpster and all the work involved with transporting tons of items. Overall, we were a little disappointed in the amount of money that came back after such a huge process. Go2Girlz takes 40% which sounds like a lot, but frankly, considering the amount of work put in by the staff, I don't know how it was enough to pay for their time. So if you are dealing with grief from a death (like us) or the stress of moving and you cannot do it on your own, this is a company you can lean on.

Saw this business in the local magazine and since we were in the old downtown area we had to check…read moreit out. Such a quaint little shop. They have all kinds of finds. They also have a wide variety of old candies...pop rocks, sugar candy, gummies, and sour candies. They also have a back room where you can find an assortment of clothes and old memorabilia . It was a stroll down memory lane and again if you're in the old downtown area a cute place to stop and see. BTW the young lady that was there was super nice and friendly as well.
